zoho projects - document management suggestions for improvem

Hi,
I find the zoho projects service very good. We are using it to track documents and the tagging function is useful. However, I have two questions:

a) is there a way we can search our documents by filename instead of just by tag and by extension?

b) Is there a way to display the tags alphabetically and vertically instead of just by popularity? This would help organise the functionality.
