I really need to have something clarified for me about using Google Apps integration with Zoho Projects.

 

I'm writing a project plan about introducing Zoho Projects into our company.  Part of that plan deals with rolling it out to all employees.  After a lot of reading and trying to understand the integration of Google Apps, it seems as if I will be forced to move my Exchange email system over to Google mail if I want all calendar functionality to work as advertised with Zoho Projects.  This is something that I really don't want to do. 

 

What I would like to be able to do is to keep my Exchange email server, continue to use it for all of our email, but use the Google Apps calendar so it can sync up with Zoho calendar in Projects and then be able to install Google Sync for Outlook so we are able to interact with the Google calendar from within Outlook.  I have to sign up for a Google Apps account in order for the synchronization with Google calendar to be more than just read only within Outlook.

 

Is this possible?
