Zoho Projects Support Form down?

Hi,

sorry to post my request here maybe in an inappropriate place.
I wanted to file in a support request using the the support form. It seems to me it doesn't work anymore. After submitting it stucks with the "loading" message.

Is there an alternative for posting my support request to you?
