Zoho Projects vs. Google Sites

I am running a magazine writing project that requires collaboration on documents between three people and I have recently chosen Zoho Projects over Google Sites after comparing the too.

I went with Zoho Projects because of the more integrated feel of the Zoho Projects screen where all documents are visible under one tab from where they can be opened in the respective Zoho apps. In Google Sites I could only open docs and spreadsheets with the application on my local computer.

There were two big advantages with Google apps though and I will be watching how Zoho evolves in these regards. I did find Google apps more flexible and functional with documents:
+ there is an autosave function (I have lost data twice in the last week with Zoho)
+ it allows comparing versions highlighting changes
+ it allows renaming documents easily (not possible in Zoho Porjects)
+ it allows import/export of multiple files (one at the time upload very time consuming in Zoho Projects for us)
+ it gives more free project space

I hope to be sticking with Zoho because I see you are very responsive to user feedback and have a more independent feel than the Google Beast.
