ZOHO refduses to close my account and continues to SPAM me with calendar emails!

When will ZOHO close my account for AgentForInsurance.com? I am so frustrated and will be passing the word as you had never been able to resolve a calendar sync problem after 2 months and counting this one I have 3 on line requests and 4 email request to support to stop sending me daily calendar alerts. All on deaf ears. Absolutely the worst hosting I have ever encountered!!!
