Beyond the SSL feature, what other types of security features, systems, practices are followed by Zoho when it comes to 1) Information entered into Zoho Projects, and 2) Documents Uploaded into Zoho Projects?

Basically, what safeguards are in place to keep my information on Zoho private and confidential?
