I have created a reservation report. I have customized to send mail notifications with cc and Bcc recipients.
1.But the problem is the mail is sent only if all the recipeients field are filled. The mail is not sent if there is only mail recipient.

In the column "RoomName", notice the 'NULL' . RomName has fot two options in the form and only one could be selected. This null comes for the option that is not selected. How to remove this?
