Zoho Sheet collaboration in Zoho projects

we are using Zoho project to manage project tasks and to share documents in our project.
Working with Zoho worksheet editor doesn't enable collaborative work:
If two users are working simultaniously on the same zoho worksheet (using Zoho worksheet editor), when we save we get two different versions (according to the sequence of the "save") and we are unaware that someone else is editing the document.

We would like to be able to work together on the same sheet (like it works in Zoho Sheets application).

same things with Zoho writer functionality.
