I am currently using the connector within the CRM and having some trouble.  I've created a template, but here's a few problems I'm having with the Zoho Connector in the CRM.  This happens after clicking the "Send for ZohoSign" button from the contact record in the CRM>>>Select Mail Merge Template>>>.

The following snippet in the doc is not pulling in any data and appears exactly as below:

      «Full_Name »

What am I doing wrong?
