Zoho Sign Not Sending Emails Out
Zoho sign suddenly stopped sending out our emails. Our business as a school revolves around getting signed documents from students, and this has brought us to a halt. I cannot get any emails answered from Zoho even though it's been 5 days since the initial request email went out to support@zohosign.com.
The system allows us to send, but any emails being sent to our domain isn't not being sent to respondants.
Any ideas why this would be happening?
