my company uses Zoho Sign to sign contracts.
We've been setting all the fields to "precompilated by me", so there used to be a long list of fields in the same order they appear on the mapped model.
Since late December we have a huge issue, the order of all those fields is scrambled up with no regard for the order in which they appear on the document we mapped, making it unusable.
Is this a known issue?
Is this something that affects only our accounts?
