Im using Zoho for managing a support project.We receive daily tickets in an extrnal system and we replicate that ticket in ZOHO. My developer then works on that ticket daily and puts time (on a daily basis). He does that for multiple tickets on a daily basis. He puts his daily hours in Zoho timesheet.
Is there way I can find out the total number of hours (across all dates) the developer has worked on a particular ticket in Zoho?
