We are having a serious problem with Zoho Webinar. 

In the webinars we run, we very often share the audio from a video we are streaming directly from YouTube or other applications. Until recently we were using Zoom, but as we use other Zoho applications we decided to switch to Zoho Webinar, and we have encountered a major issue: we cannot share the audio (the system audio).

After contacting the Zoho team, we were told that this feature is not currently available and that the only thing we can do is first download the MP4 file and then share the audio from the computer.

This option is rarely useful to us, and we are completely stuck.

I believe that the lack of this feature seriously undermines the tool compared to other tools on the market.

I have checked with Zoho and they have confirmed that this feature is included in the Zoho Webinar roadmap, but I need an estimate of when it will be available.

The problem we are facing is so serious that we have to stop using Zoho Webinar and switch back to Zoom; we need a solution now.

I would appreciate a prompt response.
