- Publish exact date of posts- Hello Zoho Community members, I am new to the forums & I noticed that I cannot get the exact date of posts, replies or a topic starting. What I see is "7 months" ago. or even worse "3 years ago" I have a suggestion to post exact date so that we can back 
- Better Filters in Zoho Desk/Community Forum-Knowledge Base- Hi, Just A feature request and product enhancement suggestion: I Just searched for something in the community and realized that there is no way to filter the results based on the the existing data like: filter based on - Topic / Request And/Or - Topic 
- Zoho Community Support Idea- It would be extremely beneficial to the users and employees of Zoho if community posts about problems people have included actual information on possible causes and solutions. Every single issue I come across has multiple threads on here from different 
- Add Sorting / Filtering Options on the Community Webpage- It would be helpful if you added some sorting and following options to the Zoho Community Pages, under Idea. - Category description- 1. It is useful to describe each category, so [add a field for category description] and fill it! I think that this is the category for topics about this instance of Zoho Desk. Make us be sure about it! I see that topics in a category can be labelled 
- You can't report problems related to "Community Portal" in English.- I tried to report a small problem on the Community Portal but there are only options to report problems related to Community Spanish, Community French, Community Dutch, and a couple more. I thought you may want to know that. 
- What do Zoho Community "Levels" mean?- General "Community" question: In my Community Dashboard, I see there are different 'Levels' that we can achieve based on activity. I can't find anything that explains the benefits derived from the various levels. Can someone explain how the levels work 
- Format "My Area" posts like "Community" posts -- or at least provide a link- When I create a post in any Community forum, I get email updates that direct me to the post in "My Area." Also, of course, going to My Area is the fastest way to find things I've posted before. But the posts in My Area leave a lot to be desired, because 
- Add more filters in community.- There are thousands of ideas, but only a keyword then general app filter. Please add filters based on status, contains, does not contain, ideas, most/least popular, etc.  Otherwise with "next" it would take a month to go through what is there.  This will
