Diary or journal keeping
Hello, I'm looking for something halfway Zoho Calendar and Zoho Notebook. I'd like to have a "calendar" which allows me to browse back in time and make notes. I don't need all the regular Calendar frills like reminders, time zones etc. I just want to click on a certain date (today, last year, two years ago),make a few notes about what happened that day and save it. Call it a diary or a journal. I've looked into Zoho Notebook, Writer etc but I can't find anything that allow me to do the above. I would
Zoho good but a mess!
Zoho is great! I just started using it and the range, depth and functionality of the apps is excellent. BUT I find the lack of a proper overview (like a Desktop or Workspace) really frustrating. The Account login suggests using Mail for an "integrated view" but at the moment I am not even using the Mail application very much. The closest thing is the Dashboard view but again this is tucked away within Mail, where it really does not belong. I'd like to see the Dashboard (Desktop, Workspace, Cockpit
GTD (Getting Things Done) implementation in ZOHO
L.S. As the GTD (Getting Things Done - by Dave Allen) method of working is gaining such momentum and popularity and more and more professionals and corporations are implementing this method/philosophy into their work practices, would it not be of great benefit to the ZOHO platform (and its users) to facilitate this methodology (f.i. into ZOHO-Projects)? I am an enthusiastic GTD-"practitioner" and I find that since I am now seriously considering purchasing ZOHO-One, that the lack of GTD possibilities
ZOHO Needs a Mailing List Application
My nonprofit work survives by mailing lists. Right now, I'm using Mailman 2.x to run things. But this requires a server and maintenance of Mailman's python scripts and so forth. I think this is a prime opportunity for ZOHO to offer a SaaS mailing list service. I have looked at using Creator for this, but there are things lacking: bounce processing and rich text email forwarding. Please consider this and sign me up as beta tester! John M. Whitney
Too Many Portals
We use many of the Zoho applications such as Books, Desk, Subscriptions Each one has a portal. So for our customers to get what they want to know, they have to login to each portal separately. This is not user friendly at all. Our customers should be able to login to a single place and we should be able to determine what they can and cannot do within each application. What about the idea of implementing a Zoho Code Editor. At least for html, php, javascript,... The Feature for Syntax Highlighting would be great to have in zoho Writer or a new Application Zoho Code Editor (like notepad++ for Example). Hi. Have you ever considered giving points and/or badges for submited tickets perhaps? I was quite active on that field but I have just started to using Community platform aswell. I believe there were many good ideas, annoying bugs from EU data center, etc, in those tickets which could be awarded somehow :)
Product for resource scheduling and viewing users skills
Hi there, I was wondering if Zoho have any plans to create a resource scheduling tool similar to Float? https://www.float.com/ We use Float in our organisation, and have not yet come across an alternative that might work the same way. Just an idea for future consideration. We essentially want to be able to see across the organisation what all of our staff are up to, in a snapshot / calendar schedule view. If Zoho had a tool similar to this, it would be ideal to integrate with Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects.

One Minute To-Do List
I would like to use Zoho Mail, Zoho Task, and Zoho Calendar in an integrated way that is described in the time management book titled, The One Minute To-Do List, by Michael Linenberger. Would you please look into adding the few features that it describes, which it seems Zoho does not have? Community Forum Navigation Suggestion
The new UI of the Community forums looks nice and refreshing. Great job! One suggestion I do have is to make it easier for users navigating through many posts to not lose their place. When scrolling through topics and then after reading a specific thread, when browser Back button is used. It always navigates back to the top of the forum list. It would be nice if it brought the user back to the position in the list to the topic where they came from. Note: This is my experience when viewing the Community

It can be very helpful for zoho users to display the same on Ecom Site... remaining modules like CRM, Books, Support et al will come very handy for integration of data.. Help Pages
I think you guys really need someone to rewrite your help pages - at least for Zoho Creator. The tutorials that are there usually aren't explained very well. It makes it hard for someone to learn more advanced techniques. If you look in the forums there are certain questions being asked over and over - this is because of a combination of two things 1) the explanation pages aren't as helpful as they could be! 2) Some people don't read the help pages. No one should ever have to ask to have a help
Add more themes (darker)
Hi, I have found a couple of topics that requested darker or at least different themes. Currently the 6 default themes (in zoho mail) are extremely limited. Not only is a white background much more energy consuming it also is more strainful to the eyes. Even as long as four years ago you already promised that you would look into creating more options. Auto-hyperlink for URLs in Zoho Forums
Zoho Team, Whilst posting this message (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/zoho-office-suite-comparison-table) I just came across an issue. For the hyperlink it does not automatically activate it. I had to manually copy it, select it and press the hyperlink button in the toolbar, whereas in GoogleMail if the text is already an hyperlink it activates but provides a 'Change', 'Remove' option thereafter. Sometime back I have done a little research into this and have also summarized my observations
Collaborative Coding
In order to make Zoho the perfect Collaborative Coding platform all needed is something like PasteBin. Moreover it could be easily integrated into Zoho Notebook, Zoho Discussions, Zoho Wiki and on its own (Just like PasteBin). You could add permissions (Public, Access only by link, or Zoho Users / Group permissions). That would be a great addition to your package. Thanks. P.S.
