Lead Api Error using in PHP

Possible to do same multi-entry of several different contacts in notes?
Is there an easy way to do a multi-entry of a note task (e.g. have a note documented in an identified list of contacts with the title of the task (such as Email - sent XX whitepaper) and a small detail of what was done in the note body, instead of having to go into each contact and manually enter?
Create exportable Excel list using notes keyword search?
Trying to pull a list that includes everyone with a certain keyword contained in the notes field, to include their name, company name, and email address, and export into Excel (Experimented with Zoho, searched guides/help as well as forums - seems to be limited to 10 results and can't customize to include contact name and company name to show in the results fields as they are not options. Even attempted reports since they can pull more data lines and couldn't find where to pull from notes here/not
How do I close a task associated with a lost potential?
I am trying to create a workflow rule where all the active task against the lost potential will automatically get closed, is there a way this can be done?
Are tags available to all users - haven't been able to access?
I'm seeing notices that Tags are finally included, but when I follow the user guides, I don't see anything in my actual modules, etc. that mimic the selection buttons that they state should be there. Are Tags still just being piloted to a small group and not available to all? Thanks!
Easy way to get spreadsheet data to auto create and assign CRM lead
I am looking for a way to create an "easy button" or a very simple way to convert a spreadsheet to a lead in Zoho CRM without going through the import process. A file is downloaded from a 3rd party site and I need an easy way to convert the excel spreadsheet to leads. Is there a way to create a custom function to do this?
Default setting for "Email Sent from"
How do I set the "emails sent from CRM" to be "All" as the default for a lead? When it is set to me (default), I cannot see other emails sent by the crm. I have to change it manually every time I open a lead. I have attached an image to help.

"Stores Near Me" feature in Zoho CRM mobile app showing incorrect stores
Has anyone experienced issues using this feature on their mobile crm app, and the incorrect store will show up on the map? We have had a couple incidents where the sales rep would start planning all the store visits in his local area, then an incorrect store would pop up on his map. I have verified this is the case, and ensured that the addresses are indeed correctly entered in Zoho.
Sending emails to people in reports
Hi, Had a look around and nobody seems to have the same issue. So I generated a report based on activity with our mass email campaigns and I wish to send an email to those who have clicked on our link in the email and have not opted out from our campaigns - I now wish to send the people in this report another email that is more specific. For this, I need to be able to access the emails module from the mass email section of Zoho CRM. Has anyone got a workaround for this other than sending them individually?

Account is disabled
I have added a user to CRM from the super admin and send a invitation. However, the user cannot accept the invitation and when going to the CRM all we get is a little text in the browser saying : Account is disabled When looking in the CRM under active users it clearly states that the user is active and an administrator.... as far as I know and can see this user is just part of that single organisation, but I find it hard in ZOHO to really confirm that. At this point I am lost where to look.

Stay in touch type of campaign
How would I go about creating a "campaign" that would call for a 2 year touch type of program including texting (not auto) every 15 days, social media direct messaging every 30 days, phone calls every 60 days etc? Is this best done in Workflow? I have been using Infusionsoft in the past and it was easily done in Marketing Campaigns. thanks

Hi there, i am new to zoho crm api, While Inserting record in lead, in the xml data if i removed the row tag and tried to post. the result response was like this "<response uri="/crm/private/xml/Leads/insertRecords"> <result> <message>Record(s) added successfully</message> </result> </response> ", but i didn't found that record in lead module. is this the right way to do this

LEAD Ownership
Is there a way that you can MASS UPDATE the Lead Owner Field? I am importing from a CSV thousands of leads and I would like to assign them in bulk to certain saile people. Is there a way to either MASS UPDATE or even better, how do I know what LEAD OWNER ID to enter for a specific person? Is it a number? I tried thier names and that does not work, it seems to ignore it and still assign me as the owner since I imported those leads.

I'm wanting to create a new formula field that gives a simple number score, based on a banding of values for which the 'Initial Opportunity Value' will be populated. Impossible to build views across multiple modules
We have been testing ZOHO ONE and were quite impressed with the functions. Generally it would offer all feature we need. Even if not really integrated with other modules (see e.g. CRM and Campaigns) we think ZOHHO is on a good way. What we can´t understand (and which is a complete show stopper for us) that it isn´t possible to retrieve data across various modules or even related lists within the CRM. It is not possible to select all Contacts, with a sales order greater 10,000 AND with no open tickets

Need to have tasks sync with office 365 calendar just like events. This is one of the biggest request we get from users. Tasks are nice because they have a completed or not started status that stays open unless manually touched (where as events automatically close once the time has passed). recognize you will need to add an optional time field to the task instead of just date.
Potential: Making Required Fields only when Closed Won
What I'd like to do is set the custom fields "start date" and "end date" required when the work is set to "Closed Won". Is this possible? Thanks Andrew
How to set up automatic contacts synchronization throughout the entire ZOHO-One platform?
I assume there is a way to set up ZOHO-One in order for it to automatically synchronize contacts throughout the entire platform (among which Mail, Connect, CRM, Desk, Books, Contact Manager, Projects, etc.) but I am unable to find it. Can someone please direct me to instructions on how to do this? The same question I have about documents, and notes, and ... well, everything! Shouldn't everything synchronize in an integrated platform? Now I receive a file attachment in an email which I need in ZOHO-Connect.
CRM account lost connection with my company.
Hi Sir, My CRM account lost the connection with my company. My boss can't control my CRM account. My account role is CEO. (It seems we create two the same company name's databases in CRM.) Disjointed process
Our workflow is somewhat disjointed in ZOHO and would love to see if there is a better way. Right now we are using a custom Form(ZOHO Forms) for contract signing and initial payment. We then switch to Zoho Subscriptions to create the ongoing monthly fee/agreement. None of this integrates to Books or CRM
