Workflow does not trigger via API
Created a workflow triggered when a lead is created or edited with an Instant Action to call a Webhook. The workflow is triggered and works when a lead is manually created or edited in Zoho CRM but does not trigger when a lead is created via API. Is it possible to trigger a workflow when a lead is created via API? If it is possible, can you advise how this can be configured?

When I load an item into the Price Book, I would like the ability to load my acquisition cost as the baseline cost. The scenario in which it works is as follows: 1) Our application generates a mail on every action. 2) That email contains specific information which has to be parsed to a Google Sheet 3) That email is forwarded to a parser email created on PARSER.ZAPIER.COM, from there variables are extracted and passed on to the google sheet.
