Tracking event registrations in ZOHO
What is the best way to track event registrations through Zoho. Attendees will be registering via a wordpress site. Can i simply create a campaign, associate a Zoho contact form and embed in the registration page on wordpress.
Trial CRM Plus -> CRM Professional
Hi everybody. I`m using Zoho since last week and still have 7 days on my trial mode. I've tested Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise and finally CRM Plus. I think the best one for me will be CRM Professional. From Free to Enterprise, I was swithing between versions in the Setup Menu. Now that i've switched to CRM Plus and i can't go back. Can someone help me on how to go back to Professional? Thanks a lot!
Recurring Task Checkbox
Hi Zoho, I am looking into whether it is possible to create a recurring (e.g. weekly, monthly) task in Zoho CRM. In this Knowledgebase article on Recurring Activities, it would seem that this is possible - https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/activities/create-activities.html#Create_Recurring_Activities It seems that this should be possible. However, when go to create/edit a recurring task, I do not see the Recurring Activity checkbox that is describe in this article. Please see the attached screenshot.
Account Plans & Features
Is it possible to have two users on two different plans? For example, can the administrator be on the CRM Plus plan while another member in the group is on the Enterprise plan? Any help on this is sincerely appreciated!
Deleting Leads
I'm having an issue deleting leads. I am the "Super Admin" but for whatever reason can't delete any leads. Once i click the delete, it states that i don't have the admin rights to do so?
What do YOU put in a Deal's description vs in notes
I'm curious what type of information people put in the Description vs. the Notes fields for Deals. For instance, I would think the Description would hold details specific to the deal, whereas Notes gives updates on where/how the deal is progressing. Anyone do otherwise, and why?
Email Status filter not working properly
Leads module Email Status in the last X weeks and in the last X months are not working properly. Only in the last x DAYS works properly. Tested this with both sent and opened. Contacts module Only in the last X months doesn't work. Weeks and days both work. Again I only tested this with sent or opened. Tested in both Chrome and MS Edge.

Hello, Have a rather complex question here... We are sending mass emails to our Leads as part of a marketing campaign. I want to make sure that we do not send emails twice to the same lead. Therefore, I created a drop-down field called "Intro Email" that we can mass update upon sending out the emails to select leads. My question - Is there a way to set up workflow automation to auto-update this field as we send the Leads a mass email? If you have any other recommendations as far as best practices

Hi, I want to pull out a report of who opened the mass email sent through Contacts. If I go to Setup/Templates/click on my template/Analytics, I can see % of open rate and click rate. However, I don't know which specific contacts did not open my email. How do I pull out that list of contacts with their emails? Is it possible to add a category, or a tag, to a CRM contact so you can sort names by relevant interest and create an email list for marketing or invitations? We have a Zoho Creator list of email names and created a List to assign them to certain categories. We'd like to be able to do that in Zoho CRM so we don't have to create duplicate entries. Books & Crm - Mind Boggler
So we use Books & CRM, and I'd like to send an email to all of my customers. Can I see get a list of my customers in CRM? Customer is someone that has paid an invoice. Um, no, I can't. If I pull up an account, I can see their paid zoho books invoice. But I cannot write a report or query in Zoho CRM to display accounts or contacts based on what they have done in Zoho Books. Price levels per account (customer accounts)
I recommend that besides price books that are assigned to specific products, you can be able to create a price level tables and assign a specific level of discount to a customer. ie, customer A has a 10% discount across the board and customer B has a 15.5% discount across the board. Edit Date on Notes
I just imported my crm file from my previous CRM system. I mapped out everything on the import as best I could, but the notes came over as if they were done the day I did the import versus over the past year. I cannot see how to edit the date to be the correct date when the note was recorded. Is there any way for me to easily edit these entries? What is best practice when saving emails and other documents to a record? I thought by saving to the most bottom level it would roll up to the top level of of an account record. So for example, instead of saving an email to to an Account or a Contact directly, I thought by saving to a Potential record that, that email would then be visible on the Potential record, the contact record for the contact that was associated with the email, and the account record that the contact is associated with. Problems Adding Picklist to Calls Modular
I am trying to add a drop down or pick list custom field inside the calls module. Problem is that the option for adding a new section is not available inside the customization page. All other pages such as leads & contacts have the add new section available. Please help. Importing Accounts - what to do w/ the required Account ID field?
I want to import some Accounts. On the map fields page, I noticed the Account ID field is required. Since I'm not migrating from a different CRM, I don't have existing Account ID fields....just the Account Name. Do I make make up Account IDs for each Account record I want to import?

Description Field in Events is missing
Recently the description field in Events does not show when opening and looking at the event. If I edit the event, I can add a description, but am unable to view. Limited and structured with virtually no customization allowed. Extremely limited reporting with no related modules. No way to disable email notifications to all your users as you test and learn to navigate the module.

Emails not attaching to contacts
I have been using Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail in conjunction with Google Apps for a little more than six months. I have used inboxes in gmail, CRM and Mail with no issues. About 4 days ago all emails stopped associating with contact records. I made no changes that I am aware of. Emails continue to flow into all the inboxes but are not associating to contacts. Card Scanner versus Leads app.
Hello, I would like to know the difference between the 2 applications. My reason for asking is that we presently installed Card Scan application and noticed that the contacts are automatically saved into our CRM - contacts. The problem is we now have duplicates. Sometimes the contacts or Accounts are maybe not identically written the same as on the business card and that creates a double contact and or account. Hi, I would like to send email notification to all customers that have overdue payments. For that I have created a workflow that sends email to the customers if their payments are overdue with 7,10,14,17, >=21 days and a boolean field Send Overdue Email is updated. Do I have to use the schedule setting in order to update the Send Overdue Email automatically everyday at 11:00 or there is any other option to trigger the workflow automatically?
Can I change the week to start on Sunday rather than Monday?
