Hi all! we have zoho professional I just realized that finaly there is a new IMAP option for email in Zoho CRM I have configured the IMAP settings... then suddenly the "email" tab dissapeard from the Tab Bar. I have looked everywhen but can't find it anymore. reading online it says that I have to activate the zoho mail add-on... this has disapeared too :( login into: mail.zoho.com doesn't help either as it still has the pop3 settings I tried sending and email to a client .. it gave "message sent
Set up Followup Cycles like Contactually
Hi all, Contactually CRM has a nice feature, you can associates a followup cycle to different buckets. You can set 3 day followup cycle for New Leads bucket and 30 day followup cycle for Existing Customers. As you put contacts into the buckets, it will automatically remind you to followup when the cycle is up. Is it possible to set up something like that? How to name a related list Parent-Child relationship.
Not sure how exactly to ask this question, but I created a parent-child relationship via a lookup field between two modules. When I view the Child records from the parent record, I would like to "Rename" the module or relationship so it's obvious to the user. It looks like Zoho uses a default name "{0}NAME" for the related list. Does anyone know how to do this, i.e. rename the default name. Thanks - p

Tab key functionality in Zoho CRM
About a week ago the tab key started opening my drop down menus when I'm trying to fill out a new Lead, Potential, Client, etc. I used to tab through the whole form to fill it out and now I get stuck as soon as I reach a drop down field and I have to use the mouse to move forward. Does anyone know how to change this functionality?

Can I change the width of a Lead Field? In Leads I use a lot of fields. Zoho puts them in quite narrow columns next to each other. For instance: the phone number is cut in 2 with 2 rows of 5 digits. I am using IE7.

Import Stage values with special characters
Hello, I recently completed an import of potentials, and the stage values had hyphens in them. The hyphens did not appear to import correctly, showing up as a black question mark symbol. I need the stages to be listed correctly so they align with the stage probability mapping items. The stages I have configured have hyphens in the names. The 'replace values' functionality is not available for stages, so I'm hoping there is a way to re-import or bulk update the stages for the imported potentials while

Hi there, any help? in our company we have a lot of leads, then be converted to accounts, but after 120 days, those accounts could be captured by marketing team as new leads, assign again to teams. so what I want to do is: to delete the account, then create new leads, with the correct phone number and previous follow up records such as notes or tasks. Some af them becomes client and contactperson (onther the cliënt) How can i manage that the leads that come in (through putting it self in the system, trough social media connection, trough connection with my contacts from google) are checked with my clients and contactpersons, so that there are not put double in the system? Activity Report (Emails sent) not accurate; how to...?
Hello, I created a number of reports to reflect rep activity, using various time slices: Tasks, Events, Calls - current month, previous month, YTD, etc. Emails Sent - various time slices as above. The concern is this: the Emails Sent report does not capture emails sent from Zoho by all users. Indeed it only captures one or two, while the actual volume of emails is in the dozens or higher. There is nothing I can find in the settings that would filter by user, or include all. Can you assist?

Is there a way to add multiple contacts to a task? My situation is, the users want to be able to see one task and say oh I have to send an email to contact1, contact2, contact3, etc. but just one Task. I know you can go into Contacts and check each contact and create task but, creating one task for each email to each contact would get very lengthy when sending emails to say 12 people at a time. Also, is there a way to see the emails attached to contacts or potentials on the homepage? I cannot

Mass Delete products and skip associated records
We have a database of 24,378 products in Zoho, We are planning to sync product with Magento eCommerce. Magento will be overwriting CRM products. I want to clean the CRM of all product records before the sync begins (although, I know that deleting products that are associated with sales orders, quotes and other records will not be possible). Moving from one lead to the next in Zoho Campaigns module of CRM
Currently when looking at a lead in the Zoho Campaigns module of the CRM, you can't go directly to the next lead on the list. Instead, when you hit the back arrow (next to edit) it takes you back to the top of the campaign page. This is very time consuming. Please add a feature to be able to easily move to the next lead in the list.
Mention email notification - reply by email
Suggestion: allow users to reply to automated emails from Zoho which would in turn update the relevant record accordingly. For example, a colleague mentions @ my name on a Lead for which I receive an email notification from Zoho. It would be great if I could reply to that email (instead of having to go through to the CRM) & my reply would automatically make its way to the Lead.

Lead Source in Custom Views
When I create a custom view, I have to select the criteria. I am interested in viewing by using lead source. When I drop down the box, I see all the standard options as well as the lead sources that were imported from Hubspot, but I am currently importing lists with a different lead source. I made a lead source column in the csv file and gave it the name I would like it to have, but that lead source does not appear in my criteria for a custom view. How do I get a new lead source to appear there?
