Standard Field Label Has Been Changed
I changed the Leads module to a new name Power Partners. Now the Lead Source field label in the Contacts module has been changed to Partners Source. Not sure how that happened, but I want to change it back to Lead Source. How do I do that?
Combine Customer Accounts
From time to time we find that one of our users has added an account for a customer, however that customer account already exists. This is not an issue if there are no notes or activities, however it becomes an issue when we find multiple accounts for one customer and both accounts have notes and / or tasks assigned. A similar situation happens when one customer gets purchased by another.... Is it possible to combine two customer accounts?

Hi, I am working on Box integration with Zoho, So that I may able to sync Zoho And Box.com in such a way that I can login to Box.com and get my folders/files directly in zoho crm module's section such that when I create/upload folders/files into zoho crm' record, it should directly create/update in box.com. I have seen sample like this into another CRM, this is done using IFrames in records. Now I want to use Iframe in my record's detail page. And want to get help to get this task done. Please

Add ability to set call duration or end time in calendar and/or activities module
Please add the ability to set the call duration or end time in the calendar and/or activities module. Although you can set the end time for an event, an event that is scheduled does not have the same fields as a call that is scheduled. Therefore, creating an event for each scheduled call is not a good solution to this problem.
can´t find imported leads
Hi, I have a problem with the import of some Leads, in the data administration they seem to be successfully updated (image 1), but on the leads field they aren't visible (image 2), could you please help me with this?, I have searched for an answer on the faq's and in the forum but I haven't had luck.

Organisation wide lead scoring
Hi, We have leads coming in from multiple areas. i.e. they download a white paper, contact us via our contact form, website visit by SalesIQ, etc. Each of these we make a new lead in CRM with a Lead Source so we know where the lead comes from. What we are looking for is a way to look at ALL our leads and determine who is the most active person. i.e. they have downloaded two white papers, watched one video, completed a 'contact us' form and been on our website. Is there a way to see this in some form
new task send notification email not working
Hello, i know that the free version does not allow email reminders (and therefore the option is not displayed) however the "send notification email" when entering a new task is displayed and does not seem to do anything. Is it broken? thanks Kelly
Zoho performance in the last few months has been poor
Including today, in the last four months, Zoho has become unresponsive (read: unusable) seven times for long periods of time (I define long as 10 minutes or more): -6/7/16 -6/6/16 -4/25/16 -4/12/16 -4/8/16 -3/29/16 -3/14/16 I am told that these are "minor outages". How many more "minor outages" can my company take? How many more times does Zoho become unresponsive that I leave the platform? What is being done to stabilize Zoho to make me feel comfortable

Please Choose a Valid Email Field in Zoho Writer when started from CRM
Final step of Create contacts, select all, Choose Template of Zoho Writer for Mail Merge. Everything starts up right. All fields are there and work fine. Step 3 choose email and put in the Email field Contacts_email and the Email Subject. Then it errors and says Please Choose a valid email Field. What the Fark???? That is an email field. Even setup as an email field in the setup->contacts field type. Help??

Stay In Touch Feature - Just Like Salesforce
I was wondering if Zoho CRM has the similar feature like in salesforce where I can send a Stay In Touch request and my contacts can update the information. Once the information is updated, I get the ability to accept whether to accept modification or not (or partial acceptance). Please advice what is the possibility of achieving same objective in Zoho CRM.

Question about sending the Contact Owner a notification when a case is opened
Noobie here. So I'm setting up a workflow automation notification action. What I'd like to happen is when a Case is opened and a custom field is checked an email is sent to the Contact Owner. When I set up my email template and then eventually select Contact Owner as a email recipient no email is generated. Delete attachment from attached email
Sometime you accidentally attach an email to a contact that contains large attachments that you didn't want to save. There should be an easy way to detach or delete an attachment without deleting the overall attached email. Should be a simple feature to add. Today you have to delete the attached email. Go back to your email and use the "Search and Add Email" function in the Outlook plug-in to find the contact again and remember to uncheck "Add Attachments". Too many steps.
Task Notes

I have a customer account that has over 90,000 records of "Closed Activities" they all need to be removed/deleted, (Don't ask how, I am the guy just fixing the issue!) my question or seeking conformation is, if I just delete this "Customer account" would this remove all 90,000 Closed Activity records? Then simply re-add his account information. I do not see anyway to "Bulk" delete them

Look-up Field - Mail Merge
Hello , I have created a custom module in the crm to create a database for physicians I work with. I did this to replace having to enter the physicians demographics every time a new patient (account) is created. Now i am able to save alot of time by just looking up the physician. However my mail-merge documents pulled information from the many custom fields I had for the physician which have been replaced with the look-up field linking to the physician module. Why is the invitation asking the client to close the the CRM account?
I have opened up an account for my client, and I tried to invite her into the Zoho CRM to use her own logins, and as the company, we would have the main logins so that we can make sure leads are going in, etc. It seems though, that when I send her the Zoho CRM invitation, it asks her to delete her CRM account, and then click on join the account. Why would it ask her to first delete it and then join? It doesn't make sense. Please help me
How can I add a user to the free version if I cannot add a role
I am trying to add a second user to the free version and it asks for a role. According to the FAQ, that should show up in Users & Permissions but it does not. In addition, I cannot even use a set role (CEO) as they do not show up and I cannot type into the Role field.

ZOHO CRM Reports Displaying Incorrect Data
We have tried various ways to view and export reports, but have run into issues with them displaying inaccurate data. We basically only use sales orders and product line items, then export that information.
