1001 error: customer already exists

Lame update, now how do I size columns back to where they were?
About a week or 2 ago, I open my Zoho CRM to find some sort of update was made that is inefficient. I used to be able to fit my "Potentials" report with its 6 customized columns nicely in "List View" on my screen, and still have real estate space left
Email signature not allowing pictures
My CRM email signature has 5 pictures at the bottom, company logo + 4 x social network logos. I can only seem to add 2 x social images. In the edit box all four are shown after adding, but when you go back in it has dropped 2 off.
Adding field contents on the fly
It would be much better if an administrator coiuld add values for a field list on the fly from that field instead of having to open up the table. This would be much faster and more efficient. frank
