Zoho Campaign App vs Zoho CRM Campaigns Module.
It always seems that there are more than one way to use ZOHO and the answer always seems to be "It depends". I guess that's the trade off between flexibility and structure. It would be great if ZOHO produced a series of "here is your alternative option" but as each App has it's own "Team" I'm guessing they will have a biased solution. Editing Product Details Field in Invoices and Quotes - Zoho CRM
I know the product details field in invoices and quotes says that it's not editable but I really need to edit them cause they don't apply to my product. I need a different setup for it since I operate a travel agency. What can I do? Any suggestions?
Quote Customisation - Product Details
Our quote requirements seem to fall outside of the standard customisation that is available. The quotations we generate do not relate to held stock neither do they have a simple, single price. We quote for the removal of products offering a potential value for any that can be resold. On the quotation, we will need to add in each product line product description (free text), quantity, processing charge, a supplemental charge for additional services and then the total which is essentially (Return*Quantity)-(Processing*Quantity)-(Supplement*Quantity)
Reset to default?
I started nosing about in the product to see how things were connected. Is there a way to simply reset everything to the default settings?
Quote Total NaN
Does anyone else have an issue when creating quotes with the total being NaN, therefore it won't save and you have to start again!!! I have some quotes set up with product lines which I clone and then adjust to different customer needs. The problem usually happens when i try to edit the template, or move the product lines around. I am using multiple currencies but not within the same template. its soooooo frustrating, anyone any ideas, please help? Zoho say the can not replicate it.........it
Copy Customization: switching off all extensions for how long ?
Good morning. I like to copy customization of our CRM to another account. But I see I need to switch of Zoho Books extension. I can't shut off this extension as there are synchronisation between Books and CRM and Zoho Finance module. How long do I need to have the extension switched off ? What is expected in the target end from the remote super-admin.

Wizards - Looping Problem
Guys, Maybe I am missing something here. I watched several Zoho produced Wizard explainer videos in which it clearly shows how to add "previous" buttons that link to prior screens. SCREEN 1 - SCREEN 2 - SCREEN 3 works (via linking screens) SCREEN 2 - SCREEN 3 (via next) - SCREEN 2 (via previous) creates a loop error. When I do this in my wizards, however, it creates a "looping" error and I cannot save the wizard. Anything obvious that jumps out that you guys tripped over? JV

Blueprint stopped working
I have a blueprint that has been working fine for over a month in the Leads module in a particular view. I have made no changes at all over the weekend to the system other than looking at Zoho Flow (but not configuring a Flow). This morning the Blueprint is not moving from one stage to the other. When I select the Blue Process button it creates the task associated with the flow but does not move the Lead to the next step. Hi, I've been combing the documentation trying to get an answer to this, however I can't find anything concrete. Our CRM users have connected their Gmail accounts to the CRM through IMAP via the Mail Addon. It's syncing correctly, with the emails being linked to the contacts etc. So that's working fine. What we're trying to do now is start reporting on the emails that are being sent to our clients, in order to track the activity of our Sales Team for their KPIs. Sending Email Alert When New Lead Created Through Web Form
I've created my website using Zoho sites and included a CRM form on the site that automatically creates a lead when someone submits the form. But, I not able to get the workflow to automatically send out an email alert to the lead owner when the new lead is created. Notes from Lead conversion
By default notes entered onto a lead carry over to contact once convert is clicked. Is there a way to make the notes go over to the associated account page instead? Sorry if this has already been answered, I read a post saying that lead conversion isn't customisable currently. If this is the case, please inform me if/ when this will be implemented
CRM Convert a Unix Timestamp to DateTime
Hello, I am new to deluge and I am looking for some help please! I have API integration in place from my website, one of the fields I have is a unix timestamp - which I can pass as a string, but in order to make it readable and of use I need to convert it to DateTime. It looks like i'll need a script to achieve this, but I have no idea where to start. I assume I need to fetch the value from the field that has the Unix Timestamp, convert then write back to another DateTime field? Any help starting

About Product Details
When do you plan to have customization of Product Details available? I really need to be able to either remove it or customize it. We are a service business and cannot use this software until the Product Details can have a Description, Quantity, Unit Price, and Sub-Total. Those are the only needed columns and the creation of this type of section should not be too difficult. Mass email: only 20 mails allowed per day ( instead of 250)
Today I have upgraded to the paid Standard version of Zoho CRM. I am now experiencing that there is a daily limit of 20 (mass) mails per days, see enclosed screenshot. I have been informed that it should be 250 per day. Can you clarify?

Imported Zero value shows as blank in Zoho CRM
Hi guys, I have a number field in an external application mapped to a currency field in Zoho CRM. All values import correctly - for instance 9 shows up in Zoho as $9.00. Except for 0. When 0 is sent, the Zoho currency field remains blank. Is this the correct behavior in Zoho CRM? If so, is there a workaround? (I have confirmed that the integration is indeed sending the 0 value) Thanks! Dave
Convert Leads to Contacts only, instead of Contacts+Deals?
Hi all! For our use-case, each Contact always enters a Deal, and only one Deal (ever). We use Kanban view for Leads and Deals, moving the Leads and Deals along their respective pipelines, until closed. Working this way is OK, but it seems unnecessary to split the customer's info between the Contact and the Deal, and needing to update some information in the Contact, some in the Deal. Would it be reasonable instead to just convert Leads only into Contacts, and not create Deals upon conversion? Seems

Hello, my friend is trying to access ZohoSpark using his old account and gets this error: "Your Zoho CRM account has been disabled and you will not be able to access it. Cannot update Contact Field values via API after renaming them
