max upload images in Product Module
In Products, on upper left I can upload image,and create a second one also in the edit part. Is there an 3rd party app/prog which can handle upto 6 images ?? in Products ? Where is the upper left and edit images located in Zoho files? William

Using current timestamp in a function
I have a function that changes layout based on certain values, which works fine with a schedule. I added another field to be updated with a timestamp. Function is saved successfully but it's not working, but it also doesn't return any errors: This is the line I changed: {"Layout":"3253392000000154479","Automation_ran_at":zoho.currenttime}); zoho.currenttime seems not to work, I also tried using now(), or just now but no luck either

Issue with API File Upload
Hi, I'm having an issue with the File Upload request using the API. I'm able to create a contact and link that to a potential (Loan Application), but when uploading the file, it simply returns 'True' rather than the expected reponse in the API Documentation: https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/api/upload-attachment.html The true response implies the request was successful, however it is not linking to the Loan Application. Customer Service within CRM
Dear community, You might agree that CRM should also have a component for Customer Service, which is the built in module "Cases". However, we need more option to implement an intuitive app for customer service within CRM. Part of that, does anyone has an idea or did create a checklist within the module for Agent troubleshooting process? Import Calls - Zoho CRM - Does not import Account and Contact information
Can anyone help? I want to use Zoho for my business and have migrated some sample Accounts and sample Contacts related to those Accounts using the import tools, without any problems. I have then tried to migrate the Calls related to those Accounts and Contacts and keep hitting a problem: I am able to import the Calls but the related Account and Contact information does not import so I am left with Calls that are not related. I am using professional edition so I wonder if there are any restrictions to Multi-select lookup field for the different editions. Webform auto-response rules not working
Hi All, I have a webform on my website that automatically generate leads from the inquiries. I want to set up an auto-response rule to send every new lead from this form an email receipt. My auto-reponse rule sets the criteria as "none” and contains an email template. However, after activating the rule no receipt email has been sent out yet to the new leads. Hey, I have the same fields - company name in accounts and contacts. So whenever I create a new account I can also quickly create a new contact to this specific account. Unfortunately, company name doesn't travel to my account. Logging SMS in Zoho CRM
I am trying to figure out how to do something that seems relatively simple, but I have not been able to find a straight answer on it. When I exchange SMS messages with a lead/contact, I want the conversation to be logged in that person's timeline. I do not need to send mass SMS. I don't even need to send or receive from within the CRM. I just want text exchanges from my phone to show up in the CRM. Is there a way to include contacts from a Public View into a campaign
Hi, We're new to Zoho CRM, and we're trying to use the campaigns to send some targeted emails. We have public views defined in the contacts tab, and we'd like to send a distribution to these contacts. CRM outer margin quote template
Hi, the print preview as well as the exported pdf of a quote don't have a white margin on either side, as it is customary for documents.That means that the text starts at the top left corner and ends at bottom right corner. I changed the indents when customising the quote template. There I could create margins top, bottom, left and right. But this was not transferred to print preview or the pdf. CRM Function to Find Territory Manager
I'm trying to write a function that identifies the territory manager and then updates the account record owner to that person. This will make for much easier automation on our end. We have some very complex assignment rules and this would solve a lot of our issues. I currently have 8 workflows with 10 conditions each that handles our new account assignment. Deals are double counting revenue
Hi there, On the Deal page, I'm tracking the products being discussed in the main products section. Some products have revenue associated with them and some do not. I want to generate a pipeline report that shows the active deals, the products, and the revenue. When I generate the report, the deal is shown for each product, and the revenue tied to the deal is tied to each product as well. For example, Deal ABC has a revenue of $100. I am tracking two products in Deal ABC, Product Y and Product Z.

Changing owner of web form
Hi, I need to change the person who is notified when someone fills in a web form. I have changed the owner of the webform on Zoho, do I have to update the coding on the web page as well though? If I do have to change the coding, can someone point me in the direction of which specific bit would need to be updated? I don't want to replace all the coding because we've edited it quite a lot in terms of sizing and fonts, so to change the whole code would take a very long time. Thank you for your help!

Why is my workflow/function only running when I create a new Potentials record through the module and not when I create a new Potential through a Contact?
So I have a script and workflow written that will grab two field's info from the Contact module and put it into the two new field's in the Potentials module whenever a new Potential is created/edited. When I create a Potential on the module itself the workflow works. However, if I were to go to a contact record, scroll down to a Potentials related list to create the Potential, it won't run the workflow/script. Is there a way to get it to do this?
