Can not add leads
Hi, I'm trying to use the free edition of Zoho and want to add leads. Although there is not a singel lead yet in Zoho, when I want to start the first lead I get the information: You have reached the maximum limit for this action in your edition I tried to import the leads from our Pipedrive account but that did not work. Has anyone an idea how to fix this? Without leads the system is not useble for me. Thank you in advance! Roel

Linking Modules
Hello, Is it possible to create a workflow that triggers field updates in a linking module? For example if the field 'Appointment Status' is edited in the Appt Module, I want it to auto update in the linking module 'ApptLink'. Ive been looking for a way to either 2-way-Sync Joomla with zoho, or to somehow treat zoho as the source of authority. Has anyone tried this, heard of someone doing this successfully,heard of a product that can do this? Does anyone know what the issues are from experience?

How to create contact using Quick Create
Whenever I click on + contact as shown below, it takes me to the full length contact creation form. Can someone clarify how to create a contact using Quick Create? I checked help docs and saw lots of information about Quick create but I did not see any info on how to simply create a contact using Quick Create. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

CalDAV Server
Just evaluating Zoho CRM on a trial. We would like to Sync to our business email / calendar server. We are using Zimbra and can sync mobiles etc using Microsoft ActiveSync or IMAP / CalDAV. I have used both successfully. IMAP will be fine for our email. The CalDAV settings appear locked to your server (see attached snip). Can this be changed so we can use our server?
Can I mass associate contacts with a product? Or only 1 at a time?
Brand new user here. I am setting things up. I want to know if I can mass update contacts to all have the same product appear in their related lists section, or if I have to do it 1-by-1 for each contact individually? It would seem a giant waste of time to have to manually associate a product with each account and contact individually. I read the "associating records" help document but still confused.

Updating contact when deal is won

We are using PHP (Laravel) with Guzzle and calls to the API via Zohoapis.com are returning: cURL error 56: OpenSSL SSL_read: error:14094412:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert bad certificate, errno 0 (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html It seems the certs on that site are self-signed by Zoho. We note this error on both local environments and in Heroku.

ZOHO CRM - Upload field validation
Hi , I have a scenario, during the stage transition in deals, system to check either set of fields are populated with values or the supporting document is uploaded in upload field before the stage is update. I cannot set any definite mandatory fields here as it is either or scenario. I tried through validation rule using function, the entity map variable does not have upload field or look up field to validate . I am not able to write work flow for upload field update. Any ideas or work around?? Thanks

Hello, I am fairly new to deluge and have a simple question. If you use 'datasrc1' as a variable for zoho integration in one function, can you use the same term 'datasrc1' as a variable in a different function with a different zoho integration definition without it changing the definition in the first function? Or will all variables definitions in the database be defined as the original coding? I hope I am explaining this clearly. Thank you!

ZOHO CRM JAVA SDK version 2.0.x - Setting Proxy In Configuration Property
We are currently using Java SDK version 1.0.6. We are looking to upgrade to the latest version of the library 2.0.1. In the latest version of the SDK it seems the property files zcrmconfiguraiton and oauthconfiguration are removed and replaced by property map. In the 1.0.6 version currently we are setting the following properties: proxyHost= proxyPort= proxyUserDomain= proxyUser= proxyPassword= We do not see these being listed in the latest documentation. Individual Targets - Count of records related to Account Manager
I have a custom module which is owned by a user. The module is linked to an account and the account is owned by an account manager. I want to set individual targets for account managers based on how many of the custom module are created in a given period. I would like them to be able to see how they compare with their colleagues.
