List segmentation based on purchase?
I am working with CRM and Campaigns. I would like to know if I can make a email list segmentation based on the purchase of a product. Here is what I have done: 1. Contact is created 2. Product is created 3. A Purchase Order is created and connected to Contact and Product. Now I am not sure how to filter a user based on purchases and get them into an email list. I see how in Campaigns you can sync with CRM but the only fields that show up are directly associated with the user record. The Purchase
Associate Emails with Tasks?
For me, the most important thing to associate emails to is tasks. i.e. I have a task, and completing that task requires sending several emails. That task in turn relates to a contact/account. So I want to be able to go to a task and see the emails I've sent related to it. Yet Zoho only associates emails to contacts. C# API GenerateAccessToken failing with self client
Using nuget v2.1.2 of the ZCRMSDK, I try to call GenerateAccessToken with a self-client grant token. The call throws an exception and when I place a debug proxy on the project I see that it is trying to populate the UserMaiilId (see https://github.com/zoho/zcrm-csharp-sdk/blob/master/ZohoCRM/OAuth/Client/ZohoOAuthClient.cs#L84). Attached is the failing code and the failed call to resolve UserMaiilI. Am I doing something wrong?

Remove currency from report
Hi, I am generating Key Accounts reports and I am getting the values in this format " EUR7,722.00 ". Which means that when exporting the report, I am getting all my values in text format, and cannot further manipulate the data. Can this be helped? ZOHO Survey Responses Not Syncing
Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with an issue I've been having. I've integrated a ZOHO Survey with the Contacts module in CRM and the responses sync over perfectly ONLY when the survey is sent using the ZOHO Survey section in a particular contact's record. If I hit the "Send Email" button on the same contact's record and send them a survey link that way the survey still works and records a response but it doesn't appear in that contact's record (the Survey section). Is there a solution, paid or otherwise, that would give a Gmail user a plugin that would allow them to determine upon send (or read) whether the email (or thread) would be associated with the CRM contact record? The inbuilt capability is somewhat an all or nothing approach, and to further fine tune seems complex. I am importing records from Dynamics CRM. I'm giving them a tag called "Dynamics CRM Import". I want this tag to be removed when someone edits a contact with that tag on it. I made the following workflow and did not check the box called "Repeat this workflow whenever a contact is edited". Zoho CRM and OneNote integration
Hello, I'm trying to integrate CRM with OneNote but I ran in to some issue. The extension has been installed and I tried to sign up with the Zoho Plug-in. All it does is to let me sign in with OneNote and nothing else. I also clicked on 'Authorize' but Microsoft says that 'User does not exist'. I have no issues logging in with OneNote at all using the same log in credentials. I'm uncertain if the issue here is with Zoho or Microsoft. Can anyone please check and advise? Thank you.

Insert Lead using API V2 does not set fields to default values
I have a custom field in the lead table which has a default value. Using the old API this field would be set to the default when I created the lead. It appears that in V2 API the default value is not selected and the field is set to null.

Within Zoho documentation and our own CRM account, I feel like the terms "Tasks" and "Activities" are used interchangeably for that Module. Keeping track of externally sent emails in Zoho CMR
I'm trying to do the following scenario 1. There is a contact in Zoho CRM with email client@example.com 2. Send an email to client@example from Gmail (or any other email provider) 3. [Do something here] 3. Come back to Zoho CRM and navigate to Contact client@example.com 4. I would like to see email sent in step 2 under Emails section in the client Is this possible? I know some CMR's allow you to add a bcc email in step (3) that makes this possible. But if there are other solutions, that'd be great

Using Zoho API V2 Without the SDK(PHP)
