Hey, If a lead with a certain email has opt-out on, will I be able to send email to an account/record from another module with the same email address? Or the block is related to the email address regardless of modules? Thanks
Automatically number a deal with any given title
I'd like to write a simple function to automatically add the following string: [D#] before any title given to a Deal. I.E.: Giving to a Deal the title: Test Will result in the following title: [D1] Test Where D1 is the letter and number given automatically by the Autonumbering field. Deal Stage No Longer Setting a Default Value
Hi Community, My agents raised a concern today. Previously, when creating Deals, our Stage field has a lock icon and defaulted to our first deal stage. Today, they noticed that it has no lock icon anymore and they can choose the Deal stage. Anybody else notice this behavior?

Hi everyone! I'm wondering the best way to sync a WooCommerce Membership status to Zoho CRM? Ideally, this is how it would work: 1. A customer purchases a 1 year subscription on our site via WooCommerce memberships. 2. A field update occurs in Zoho CRM>Contacts denoting an active subscription. (Text field or boolean, doesn't matter.) 3. After 1 year when the subscription expires, it updates Zoho CRM>Contacts to reflect the subscription is no longer active. Creating record in module based on field entries in another module - Multiselect lists and date fields not being copied over when left blank!
The workflow rule that triggers the function that copies the fields from the previous module into the newly created of the new module sometimes does not trigger. This is bizarre because when I check the audit log, I see that the workflow rule was called, but the new record was not made nonetheless. This is frustrating because we are not seeing what exactly the error was. Please add 'Org ID' to webhooks
When you create a sandbox, everything is copied across apart from the data (Which is the problem I'm working on solving now). This INCLUDES the webhooks. So our production server that receives the webhooks does not know if the webhook is coming from production or sandbox. If there was an 'Organization ID' param, our webhook receiver will be able to tell if it's coming from production or a sandbox, without needing to go and disable/edit all the webhooks.
Zoho CRM emailing
I was receiving an error "Could not convert to TLS" when trying to email contacts directly in Zoho CRM. My IT dept worked with Zoho and determined the issue was something on the exchange server, which is fixed. The mail server itself is only set up to accept the connection in general, not per user so we don’t understand why this is affecting some people and not others. The initial error "Could not convert to TLS" now saying "535.5.7.3. Authentication Unsuccessful" PLEASE HELP

Hello, I just.noticed there is a new "module" called marketplace in our CRM toolbar. This is a tab along with Acounnts, leads, contact etc. The content is the same as of Setup / Marketplace. Is there a way, and how, to remove this tab, so the market place is only found in setup as usual ? Thanks

Using "contacts" only
We are having problems with staff being overwhelmed with "prospects", "accounts", "contacts". Has anybody just put everything into contacts only? Our deals are not recording well in ZOHO CRM because they are small and often ongoing. We are establishing relationships with clients and the estimate and invoices is run through a different program that doesn't play well with Zoho. So does anyone just use one module for the database?

Hey Team, I deactivated 4 workflows but they are still running and triggering custom functions. Do deactivated workflows still continue running custom functions? My contacts get duplicated in crm and books
Hello, I have a Zoho integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Books. In Zoho Books, I have the Contacts two way sync between the CRM and Books. However, I am having a problem. When I merge a duplicate in CRM, what it does it creates a new contact in Books (even though it already exists). When I try to merge the new contact and the existing contact in Zoho Books, it creates a new contact in Zoho CRM even though I have the existing recently merged contact. A never ending story. Hello, I successfully import a .JSON file into Analytics module of Zoho and we are very happy with it. Same thing inside Campaigns. Is this possible with Zoho? I have this ability now with Salesforce. I simply launch the SF app, select a contact or Lead, place the call from within the app. At the conclusion of the call, I am automatically prompted to add call results notes.

Associating an account as Parent Account to an existing account.
I added an account and want to add a parent account to it. I tried to set Parent_Account field. Its a LookUp type of field. Below is my code. "record.SetProperty("Parent_Account", serviceAccnt.Parent_Account);".. where serviceAccnt.Parent_Account is the same object that we get from Parent Account inside the account. This is not working. I can set string and int type of field but not LookUp type of field. Is there any other way to set a "LookUp" type of field.?? OR Please tell how to add a Member

Lack of REAL Round Robin Assignment
It is absolutely despicable that Zoho One with an Enterprise plan does not have an integral way to ROUND ROBIN distribute prospects/leads/anything. Why on earth is there an option in Workflow Rules to Convert a Lead if it isn't even cohesive with ASSIGNMENT RULES? Assignment rules should not ONLY work for Zoho Web Forms. So at work, we've recently put into place a new system where various functions/workflows are used to dictate a number of statuses regarding our client. Right now, this is all working fine for any newly created Client records in the 'Clients' module. The problem is that retrofitting this into older records is proving difficult.
