Conditional Default Fields
Hi there, I'd like to define default values for a number of fields (let's say 10) based on 2 other fields (Opportunity Type and a custom field). There are 4 different values in our custom field that drive the change in default values of the other 10 - but because every opportunity is different, I need to be able to change the field. Example. If Type = "Standard" then Fields 1-5 are "Yes" but I need to be able to change Field 3 to "No" and Field 4 to "Yes - Red".
Receiving 500 Server Error when fetching certain deals
Hi Guys, We are encountering strange behaviour with the Zoho SDK. Everything has been working so far but now I just created a new Deal to test our code with and we are now encountering a 500 server error when attempting to fetch that Deal. Hi, Currently, when I add a product using the related list to a lead and I then convert the lead, the product only maps/carries over to the deal, is there a way where it can also copy over to the account and maybe even the contact.
Contacts permission set up for different users
Hi Everybody, I would like to set up like standard users to be able to enter their contacts or other information, which will not be shared with other users of different team since we have users from different team on CRM. No automatic call log using integrated VoIP provider
Hi, We added Placetel as VoIP provider with Zoho. Our sales people are calling contacts by clicking the phone number in the Contacts detail in CRM. Zoho pops in a modal window at the bottom right of the browser. Colleagues are making the call, but call activity are never added in the contact open or closed activity list. When the call ends, the pop in window disappears. They have to fill manually a new call using the + call link. Am I missing something so call are automatically logged in the contact

When using Zoho CRM to send send emails to contacts etc. is it possible to have the sent emails integrated into Outlook via IMAP or some other solution. I need to have the emails sent with Zoho in my sent items of my email server as well (similar to how hubspot does it).

Zoho Creator showing outdated module template?
Hello, I have edited the default template for Leads in Zoho CRM. However, when I try to create an app with Creator's CRM intergration, it shows the original, default template that does not even exist anymore. I'm a little confused, because when I use Zoho Forms to create the integration, it shows me the correct template with the correct required fields.

Using the Analytics features to track blank vs non-blank fields.
So a very quick and easy use-case to give some context: Let's say you have a team of Sales Reps. Whenever they speak to another company on your business' behalf, they are supposed to log it in a module called "Client Meetings" and track stuff like "No. of Employees", "Age", "Net Revenue", etc of that company. For convenience, this is not a mandatory field because the info is not always available. Now let's say you're interested in gauging your sales reps by how frequently they leave each field blank.

Sum individual discounts from line items to the quote level
Hello! I created a new field (of type Currency) in Quote - called "SumDiscount". I'm trying to sum up all the discount from all the line items into that field. Every time the discount value is modified on one of the existing line items or if a new line item is added that has discount on it - the value of SumDiscount should change. Sorting Deals by id ascending does not work, descending does
I'm dealing with a confounding issue retrieving Deals via the endpoint https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/Deals?sort_order=asc&sort_by=id&page=1&per_page=200 Returns a list of ids not sorted by id at all. https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/Deals?sort_order=desc&sort_by=id&page=1&per_page=200 Returns a list of ids sorted by id descending. Hello, I'm trying to send a mass email to only accounts that have had a closed won deal in the last 6 months, I am not able to filter this way from the accounts module but i can from the deals module. However, on the deals module we have several deals under the same accounts. So when we filter down to closed won deals in the last 6 months, some of the accounts will appear more than once. My users are now unable to edit product description when creating quote on the iPad app which makes it kind of useless. Syncing ALL Relationships with Outlook/Phone
I own a construction company and need to track the following "relationships" and types: Leads (4 types) Clients (4 types) Subcontractors (27 types) Suppliers (12 types) I need all of these relationships sync'd with both Office 365 and my phone so that the name will associate with the email address in Outlook, and the name will populate on my caller ID with a contact calls me. It appears that Zoho CRM will only sync "Contacts" and no other types. Is there a work around method to accomplish my needs

Why when I update an organisation's billing address information, does it not automatically update this in all of the contacts linked to the organisation too? I have to manually go in to every contact and update each time. Surely there is a quicker way of automatically updating?
