Best way to send weekly textual report

Client Only Notes and Comments From Mobile App
There are a couple of things I can't determine the difference on. How do others work with the following? On the CRM mobile app (iOS) you can make a "comment" on a note, task, etc. However, the only place I can see this comment in the desktop CRM record is in the timeline. Update field in Contact based on value in Account
I am hoping to be able to automatically update a field in my contacts that have a value in Accounts. Here is the Scenerio... Parent Account is "XYZ Company", The child companies have contacts with email addresses. I want to be able to flag all of the child company contacts with "Email Opt Out". Basically, the Parent company is the only one that I want to email to. I never want to email the child companies. Any ideas?

Zoho CRM Migrating Webhooks to API v2

How to properly sort contacts by date of birth
I want to sort out my contacts by their date of birth - this month. When I apply this filter, it gives me zero result because it sorts our according to real time and real year -- for example if I apply "this month" filter January 2020, then it only gives me contacts who born in January 2020, which is none....... How can I solve this problem and sort properly?
Sent email status not changing to 'opened'

What i need is to setup an automation like: If the lead as not been modified in the first 24 hours (it means the current owner didn't call the lead yet) then reassign to another owner. How to remove a inexistant Creator App view and setting a default view in CRM
Hi, I created a Creator app I want to integrate into the CRM. During the integration process, you can select which views can be shared. HOwever (see screenshot), the View 1 doesn't exist in the Creator App. When I share it, there is any error when a user access the module, the view can't be found. How can I remove the View 1 from CRM ? I try to set the View 2 as default view, But how I can do that?

What's the best way to handle an upgrade or downgrade of an existing client deal?
We frequently have deals that have closed where at a later date we incrementally add additional service to the same deal or remove/downgrade an existing deal. If we add a new deal for the difference, it really starts to make it kind of messy. If we upgrade the deal, we dont want to change the original close date but would like to reflect the new incremental revenue or downgrade. What's the best way to handle these changes.

In my business, I need to be able to include the sell price and the revenue in the DEAL section. They are not the same number because our company's revenue is the sell price MINUS payment to vendors for equipment and labor. What we earn from that deal is different from the sell price (less), but we want both figures to be included in the Deal information. Using Python SDK to mass-update records.
What I have in mind to do is in theory really straightforward, only Zoho APIs have historically proven difficult to navigate for me. So we have a custom module that stores a numeric value in 2 different formats. One format starts with "123XXXXX". The other format starts with "456XXXXX". Using the API (or any other method), is there any way to find out whether a Call has been automatically created by the Zoho CRM mobile app, or whether it has been manually created by the user? How to handle a company who change its name
HI, I'm trying to figure out a solution where one of our client changed it's name and email domain. For now, we have 2 entries for the former and new entity. and add a note on both, about the name change. We did this primarily because we still have open orders with the former. Is there a way we could merge the 2 entity and keep the mail with the 2 domains ? Or is there a "best practice" for this case ?

Super basic question, as we are just implementing Zoho CRM. Does anyone have best practices on how to load Account information from an ERP system based on Bill To and Ship To numbers? We are having difficulty with the Account/Parent relationship and the fact that our ERP system uses the same name for most Bill To and Ship To accounts all with the same numbers.
