Problem with Zoho Reporting
This CRM is pretty awesome but i'm not gonna lie, we are looking for alternatives. Hi I am looking to create a simple formula. I would like to multiply a number field by a fixed % I have tried the formula a few different ways. Abs(${Number Field} *.75) and ${Number Field} *.75 and a few others. ${Number Field} *.25 and a few others. If there is a way to take a specific field A and put multiply ( Field B (A*.75) and Field C Multiply Field A *.25) Thank you in advance for your help.
V2 Oauth issues
I created a client id months ago in preparation for the deprecation. The same code yields { "error": "invalid_code" } I'm guessing the refresh token has expired. I plan to use this api on the server side. Why do I need to access the browser to keep my code working? On top of this it doesn't work after generating self-client code. Just does not work.. C# SDK GetRecord method - NullReferenceException
I'm trying to retrieve a record from Zoho given its ID. But when this record doesn't exists always I get a NullReferenceException. Is there a way to get a freindly response instead of a NullReferenceException? Something like status: error, message: NotExists, NotFound or something like this. Is there other method to know if a record exists given its id?

Struggling to call a custom function from with a custom function?
I have a few custom functions. Some I need to use repeatedly so separated them with a view to calling them from within other functions. However I cannot find the correct syntax to call the functions? When I try to use the script builder (using Chrome Browser) the details do not get entered at all? - just blank? so I have no guidance on the syntax. I'm using the c# sdk in order to insert a "lead" in Zoho. So far I've been able to generate grant, refresh and access token. My problem is that the c# sdk documentation stop there. How do you handle scheduling a follow up call from leads? I am currently logging the call and then I go to events and set a call for a future date. It seems like there would be a more effective way to create a followup call.

Zoho CRM APi v2 not triggering workflows
I have noticed that the new implementation is not triggering workflows as the v1 API was. I am using the PHP SDK and the code: $trigger=array("workflow","approval","blueprint"); $responseIns = $record->create($trigger) but, while the record is created, the workflow does not run. SearchByCriteria in V2 API not returning all records
We have used your SDK to convert from V1 to V2 API calls. We are testing the conversion and have noticed that SearchByCriteria does NOT return all expected records. Hi, i've created a custom filed called "percentage" on module Customers and a custom module "CustomeModule1" with a lookup field to module Customers. On this custom module there is a data entry field "value1" and another field called "value2" which should to be the percentage of field "value1" where the percentage number is coming from the lookup field on customers module. CRM Data Backup - list of field descriptions / clarification
Hello, is there any documentation on the fields within the backup download files? Some fields are very clear and obvious, however some less-so. eg there is a "LAST_ACTION" field that contains a number. I'm assuming the number represents the type of last action but I'm not sure what these are. It would be useful if the fields file contained short description, especially the less-obvious fields. Deleting emails in Outlook makes them no longer viewable in Zoho CRM
When I delete an email in Outlook, it makes the email no longer viewable in the Contact record in ZohoCRM. I do not want to leave tons of emails in my Outlook inbox. How do I delete them without them being removed from my ZohoCRM contact record? I am using IMAP, in case that makes a difference.

How do I make the GDPR Compliance available for the Deal's module? At the moment its only showing Leads and Contacts.
In the section that says "Enable GDPR compliance for modules" I noticed that the module I'm integrating with Jotform is not listed on the available options. Therefore GDPR doesn't apply for the module I'm linking my form with. The module happens to be a deal and the available GDPR compliance for modules are only leads and contacts. As a result the data from the form is pulling through to zoho crm on my Deals module. please help!
Recurring Events not syncing with Google Apps calendar

Share only one contact or lead with other users
Hi, I am new to Zoho and I'm trying to set up the users and permissions. We have multiple sales persons and we want them to have access to their own data only. From my understanding I have to set leads, contacts, deals... as private. But as the sales progress into the sales pipeline, we want the engineers to have access to some contacts to start working on a solution. Ideally the salesperson would share the contact with the engineer team whenever he/she needs. Is it something possible? Thanks
Import into Leads is not appearing.
I am trying to import contacts from another CRM into Leads. All required fields have mapped properly and the import widget is showing that the import has completed successfully. Yet when I go into Leads I cannot see any of the new imports. I have tried refreshing the browser and clearing out the recycle bin, just in case some of the records where already in the recycle bin. I am now stuck with only 86 out of 3000 leads showing in CRM.

Hi, I would like to remove all records in database related to modules: invoice, sales orders and products. Reason of this query its move all data to zoho invneotry and zoho books.
