Unable to set up mail forwarding in ZOHO even after verifying domain
Hi all, I'm having trouble linking my domain to ZOHO and also to set up mail forwarding. When i set up the domain (TXT format) i get a pop up on Zoho saying "Domain Verified" however to turn on the toggle switch on to set up mail forwarding it says "Operation not permitted" - when I got to Zoho Mail control panel i get the following error "Sorry! We are unable to process your request. Please try again later." Can anyone help please? (I already contacted ZOHO support and they just give me the same
Task Management with similar Gantt Chart view for CRM?
Hi guys, Our company currently have both CRM and Projects module, but only the project team have access to Projects module. From that module, it has a powerful Task Management module along with the Gantt Chart which allows for a very good graphical summary of everyone's task. I'm just wondering if there's a similar module available for CRM? I understand that CRM has Activities but in terms of ease of viewing, Task Management is still better. Thank you
Formula Field
I'm struggling with formula field. I need to write a formula and also i need some constant values for it but i cannot assign a number to these constant values. For example; My formula is a * b = c a = input from the customer b = constant which i decide before (note: customer will not see this value) c = result how can i assign a number for my formula. Customize Top menu bar
Hello, is there any way to organize the top menu bar in zoho better by creating submenus (i.e. as drop down or as menupoints in a second navigation on the left side)? I saw the options to group modules, but it seems unpractical beaucse when im in a register, i dont see the other registers right away unless i click them. Cannot view attachments in CRM using Chrome
When using Chrome to view CRM we are suddenly unable to view attachments. This happened after a Subscriptions integration was added, which may be related. The attachments can be downloaded but not viewed. Using either Edge or IE the attachments can be viewed and downloaded. We have tried multiple computers using windows 10 and 7 and get the same results Gray browser window when trying to view an attachment in CRM using Chrome

I'm looking for an easier way to record my call results from the telephony module using Twilio. When the call is complete, you can enter notes or create a new action. Is there a way to insert call results into the Call pop up screen after the call? Can't connect Books to CRM Sandbox

There are two different requirements in Create Lead: 1)As I keypress in Company field, it should suggest list of companies from my db.(Is it even possible?) 2)When the Company name is accepted, address and other information is to be fetched from my db and merely show up on the address and other fields and still be editable. Domain already uses Gmail as email service
Hello, My business is a franchise and I don't have direct access to the domain. The company uses Gmail and I have my address IMAP'ed to sales inbox now, but I am told if I send an email from salesinbox its likely to go to spam VS sending from gmail directly. By sending directly from Gmail i'm loosing all the sales signals and analytics for open rates. Is there a way to authenticate the domain for my 2 email addresses without the entire franchise having to get off gmail? Thanks

Call someone tell me what are the field format/requirement for EVERY FIELDS. The zoho sign add-on for zoho crm only allows the sending to sign from the main modules of the system (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, ...) We need to send for sign from custom modules. Add Custom Button with Call activity to Leads view
Hi! We use Zoho One. I want to optimize time spend per sales rep when registring an activity on a lead. Today the process for a call (no phone system integrated with Zoho), that the sales rep opens the leads and clicks on +call. I want to make a custom button with the same action (opening the window) direct in the leads view page. How do I do this? The idea is, that the same popup comes and you fill it out directly and save one pageload to the specific lead and scroll/click to the activity section.
