Field updated by Custom Function not triggering workflow
Hi Team - I have a field that is updated by a custom function. I have a workflow rule that runs a custom function whenever that field is updated. Unfortunately, that workflow rule is not triggering. I even changed the workflow to Edit and run this rule whenever the record is edited but it is not triggering. It is not in the timeline. The scenario is: when Deals stage is Invoiced in our blueprint, a custom function will fire off and update Last Order Date in Accounts. We need the Accounts record updated
How to associate multiple products to a potential/deal each with their unique price

We would like to do the following - show in one potential several products that the customer is interested in/purchasing (ie software sub, tech support, add-ons) -be able to enter a price unique to that potential for each product to reflect individual discounts -be able to report per product on things such as # sold / time frame, average cost for our sales and retention metrics Has anyone done this before with either
BCC Dropbox - Doesn't add emails to existing contacts or leads
Good morning, We are facing a bit of an issue, where BCC Dropbox doesn't associate emails to exisitng contacts or leads. Instead it automatically creates a new lead / contact depending on the user's setting and associates the emails with the new entry. Has anyone else got the same issue? I have checked the BCC Dropbox setting for the users concerned, and it should search for an existing contact or lead, but doesn't seem to do it at all. Thank you in advance, Anne
Lead tab - Locate Map feature
Locate Map feature on the leads tab is not functioning correctly. I entered test data into the leads tab and used the Locate Map feature. Google map returns the CITY for the address - but does not provide detailed information (street level detail). I converted this Lead into a contact and tried the Locate Map function - address location returned by google maps is correct.

AddressFields from Card Scanner to ZOHO CRM Contatcs
Hello When I scan a card using card scanner the adress shows on the app, but where does it put it in ZOHO CRM Contacts ? I cannot find the address in the Fields Module which matches the cad scanner,is there a way of matching fields? I have 1500 cards to scan.
Product List In Leads
I need to customize the product list to be in a specific order when a Product is added to a lead. At present, the list shows all products but this is not optimal for the sales team. I need the order of entries from the Product pick list to be in a specific order for all users. When I select the Add Products to Lead, then the order is always the same. Older, lesser used products are showing up near the top. This is not optimal. How do I set the order in which products show up in the Add Products

Hi, I'm getting a error message when trying to upload an excel spreadsheet with contacts that I've bought. Never been a problem in my previous CRM Less Annoying CRM. I tried a different spreadsheet as well from the same source. That had no problem inZoho. But the list I want gets problems every time I try, How can I solve this?
Multiple currency in CRM
Hi, While we ar able to post multiple currency deals in CRM, the reporting is only in the home currency. Is there an option where we could do a currency wise reporting of different territories? For example, India territory would in INR, and US territory would be in USD and UAE would in AED, When we view our target vs actual everything gets converted to INR(home currency). We cannot create funnels also in their respective currencies. Please suggest a way out.

Help with Custom Function. Trying to find average amount of last 10 won deals
Hello Team - I have a custom function that should calculate the average amount of the last 10 won deals. The custom function is working but it is giving the wrong amount. Can somebody shed light on what I am missing? User not show in mentions list
All user users can appear in the dropdown when I mention to anybody in the notes or description text area, but one user particularly not show. There is exist some rule or something for that user not show? privacity? security? Thanks

Lost notes data
Hello, in Zoho CRM I can not see my last notes. This happen in all the contact that have more than 10 notes (I know that there are more notes because in the left there is a small number near notes that show how many notes you have for the contact). How can i fix this problem?also in the search there aren't the last notes. Thanks!
System-Defined Fields?
Is there no way to work around deleting system-defined fields? Specifically, 'Closing Date'. In the Opportunity/Potential space, we do not always have a closing defined in early stages. I suppose we can just put the date out several months, but then we are putting inaccurate information into our system - which is not best practice. However, I do not understand how a system that is supposed to be customization would place fields in that cannot be removed if unwanted. Please fix this Zoho. Thanks,

Assigning leads to territories
When a lead comes in, we need to assign that lead to a sales rep based on the territory they cover. It seems crazy that you can't do this. Who worked the lead that became a DEAL or an Account, if it wasn't previously assigned to that someone?? It looks like the only way you can assign leads is by creating a workflow and having to manually type in every state. It would be so easy if you could use Territory Mgt. I must not understand the purpose of it.
Only 10 notes on leads are showing
Hi We are experiencing a problem where only a maximum of 10 notes on our leads are showing and the rest are hidden. I believe that this is a bug in the interface. If I navigate to a Lead that has fx. 15 notes attached, 3 notes will be showing by default and the top right corner of the note element says 3 of 15. The notes shown are however not the newest and when I click View Previous Notes only 10 will be shown. Is there something I can do to view the remaining 5 notes or is this something that can

For example : Account Modules I cannot change Account Name to a fields ```ID Account``` who will an auto number field. IMAP states SERVER DISCONNECT, but my IMAP port is open
After using Zoho CRM for a few months, and the IMAP integration working well, I went to update the password on my account and saw that rather than syncing sucssesfully (or not), I was given a SERVER DISCONNECT error. I checked with my IT department, who stated taht your firewall and IMAP ports for the internal email server are open. However, when I checked my host name, the port is closed. Any idea what is causing this, or how it can be resolved?? Thanks in Advance!

Hi, is it possible to set up a deal so that when it is set to a certain stage 1) certain fields from the contact associated in the deal are shown in the deal (so contact can verify their details) 2) and if needed be able to update from the deal (so that it syncs back to the contact field details) 3) Also the ability for those contact fields to be mandatory only when deal stage is set

Zoho CRM API V2 and python SDK
Hi, I was trying to access ZohoCRM record using API V2 and python SDK but I'm stuck. I'm using a simple python script from my Mac so not a sever and this seems to be the first problem: I cannot connect. I went to https://accounts.zoho.com/developerconsole and created an API but I cannot figure out how to configure zcrmsdk. I copied and pasted the information into oauth_configuration.properties but it doesn't connect. I also tried to create a self_client key but I cannot figure out how to use it.
