Cant Delete user
i have a bug or weird problem, we tried to invite one of our users to our CRM, but apparently that user created a zoho account before the invitation, so even that the user is invited to our CRM, that user only see the trial CRM version and not our Data base, so we tried deleting the user from our CRM and then close that account on zoho account (the onehat sees the free version), so we can start the whole process from fresh, it wont let me delete the account, even thought its deleted at our CRM,
How can I get discount to show on the quote sent to the customer?
Hi, When creating a quote there is an option to add a discount. However, when the quote is sent to a customer or extracted as a PDF the discount does not show. We would really like to be able to show on our quotes what discount amount the customer has recieved. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi all! Using this documentation I am trying to upload a file to a field in a Leads record, but it doesn't work. Creator App Module Not linking to CRM correctly
I have created a simple app in creator for a simple form to hold and describe URLs. I have been able to link the app to CRM and I have a Module for the app where I can create entries. Where I am running into a problem is when I go to the Accounts module and try to add/create an entry from the Accounts module I get this error. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Everyone, The help docs don't really explain a way to test this on a single user. It says that I can turn it on for users I choose which in theory will work but we have had other integrations with o365 that have just automatically attached itself my users in o365. Delays on Send/Receive causing duplicates on IMAP
I seem to be getting delays on my users send receive using Outlook 2016. Which seems to be causing duplicate emails to be created. Example: Item comes to Inbox, rule sorts email to a folder, or it gets deleted. Another email shows up in the Inbox 1-5 minutes later. This could be repeated a few times. We noticed this issue starting around 2pm Central Time July 23th 2019.

Create a Sales Order via Related List Button
Currently within the Deals module we have a button associated with the Products related list for creating a Quote. I am attempting to add a second button to create a Sales Order by modifying the custom function for the Quote button. The button opens the Sales Order module however, nothing populates the page and the ZOHO CRM in the of the page appears to loading. Dashboards is Not Reading CRM Info Properly
Is anyone else having an issue with the Dashboards module not reading the data properly...I run the same information in Reports, and it will read accurately, but when I create the same report in in Dashboards the information it shows is completely inaccurate. How do I format a spreadsheet for easy import of advertiser leads to CRM?
Is there a template I can open in excel for easy uploading of an excel file to the CRM? I want to upload a large number of advertiser fields and can't figure out how to format the document so that Zoho can import it. I exported an excel file of a few pre-existing leads so I could use that format. We have many data fields, but only 10 are required for a lead to be saved. Creation of Code for Self-Client is down
Hi, there is currently something broken with the creation of self-clients in the developer console of Zoho. When I click on "Show code" nothing happens. I looked in the developer console of Chrome and found that the POST Request to https://accounts.zoho.com/oauth/v2/self/token/generate is throwing a 400 status every time I click on the button. Please fix!!
