It would sure be nice to add a new item to the Lead Source field on the fly rather than having to go into the setup and customization area every time.
API Access
I am really buffled by the choice of OAuth2 for API access. How are we supposed to ingegrate it into an SSR application that can be deployed and redeployed, started and restarted hundreds of times in the course of its lifetime. Are we supposed to perform the manual steps every time to get the API going? What if there is no server-side storage - how do you deal with keeping track of all the grant and access tokens? Unable to edit Creator form in CRM
Hello, I am having an issue that has just popped up. I go to Zoho CRM and click the tab for a client snapshot I created in Zoho Creator , I can see the snapshot but when I go to edit it I am met with an error message saying : “You''re required to share your location to continue. You have blocked your location from Zoho Creator. Please allow to continue. Learn more.” I am able to edit the snapshot in Creator no problem but now I cannot edit in Zoho CRM. What is going on here? how do I redirect WebtoLead form in the parent window not just the Iframe?
Hi Can anyone assist with the above, I cannot get the form subission to redirect to en entirely new page, for some reason the redirect is happening within the iframe but I need it to redirect to an entirely new page in the parent window. As the first record doesn't have a value for the related list, the rest of the loop fails (No Content) and stop after this first record. Zoho CRM WebApp validates, yet uploading it returns internal server error
Hi, I'm trying to get a custom WebApp working in Zoho CRM. I downloaded the sample app off GitHub (which didn't work initially due to using self-closing script tags and the plugin-manifest being set to ZES instead of CATALYST ). Although, once fixed, the sample app still doesn't exactly do a lot, I tried uploading it to CRM. Once I get to the "Share to" step and click "Save" a popup appears stating "Internal Server Error". The app never shows up in CRM. I'm not provided with any information to debug

Accessing "Developer Edition - Zoho CRM" over CRM API
Hello! Like the title says I want to access the developer edition of the CRM over the API. It that even possible? And if yes, how? The problem is, that I created custom modules and cannot see them when querying the API. I suppose that the CRM API only connects to the production environment. CRM for B2B AND B2C?
Suppose you have a B2B web design business AND a B2C real estate business. How do you manage them with one CRM? I would imagine that it would get very confusing if you tried to use the same modules for both. The best idea I can come up with is to 2 sets of modules: B2B Leads, Contacts, etc and B2C Leads, Contacts, Etc. Anybody else have an idea on how to do this?

I have a CRM variable that I use to set the environment specific portion of the URL. This works great in custom functions, but is there a way to use it in a webhook URL to Notify config? Ability to add contact CRM notes from within Desk
It's nice that from within Zoho Desk we can see CRM information by clicking on the CRM icon. We use the Contact Notes field to provide some basic information about the customer. It would be nice if agents from within Desk could add/edit the customer notes without having to leave the ticket and open the CRM. Is there any way to do this? Here's a screenshot showing the contact note displaying within Zoho Desk, but there is not a way to add a new note or edit the existing note:

Multiple Users and an Event
Hello, I made an event. "Employee 1" is host. Went to the event > Participants > add > user and added/invited "Employee 2". The events now show up on Employee 2's google calendar, but he doesn't show up under invited/going/maybe. It doesn't register in his "events" on zoho - though it does show up on the calendar b/c its on his google calendar. Workflows on encrypted fields
I want to workflow that checks whether my bank details fields (which are encryted) are empty or not. Unfortunately, encrypted fields don't seem to appear in workflow rules. I can understand not wanting workflows based on underlying values of an encrypted field, but seems a bit strange to stop verifying whether empty. Has anyone got any ideas on a way to get around this? I have a function that is trigger by a workflow rule responding to an create/edit of an event. If the event meet the specified criteria, a specific task belonging to the same contact needs to be updated as being completed. When the task is completed manually, a workflow rule is triggered that performs additional actions. I understand that in Zoho CRM, an update to an entity from a workflow rule action does not trigger the workflow rule on the entity that was updated. I've read here in the community

I am new to ZOHO and looking to purchase it. I have a sales team and I want to do a number of things. I currently using the demo. 1. I want to calculate the total value of each sale which requires a formula. A sale could have a value of a $100 for three years. So I want to say $100 X 36 = $3,600. VOIP Integration
I'm hoping someone here has some experience with using VOIP integration with ZOHO and can send a recommendation my way. I'm looking to sign up for a voip service that can integrate with zoho crm. One of the main features I would love to have is the ability to choose from which phone number I want to call a lead from the CRM. Basically one user can cover many different areas and we want to be able to call from a local number.. so is there any service that would allow me to select the outgoing number
