Is there any reason why we can use multi-select pick lists for dependent fields but we can't for parent fields?

Workflow automation - missing email field
Hello I opened a free account. I linked it to our Zoho mail and verified it. Now I would like to set up an automation so that emails arriving from our address generate a lead. However, in the automation section, when I try and create a new workflow rule, there is no module called EMAIL in the scroll down menu so I do not know how to set this up. Can you please help? Thanks

I've switched a client over from the Zoho Sign CRM extension to the mail merge functionality from Zoho Writer. Everything works beautifully, but completed documents are added to WorkDrive but AREN'T added to any the corresponding CRM records (Accounts, Contacts, or Deals). Hi Guys, I'm looking for a quick tip what is the right and easiest way to solve my problem. Let me explain: 1. I have created a custom module "ABC" in Zoho CRM 2. Module "ABC" has a look-up field where I select the related record (Contact) 3. Zoho workflow not triggered by Zoho Forms
Hi everyone, I am using Zoho CRM Google Drive Extension to automatically create and link a google drive folder for each newly created record. When I manually create a lead in Zoho CRM, the Google Drive Extension (which installed a workflow rule in Zoho CRM) automattically triggers the workflow rule and creates the folders. When I create a record by filling my Zoho Forms, which is integrated with Zoho CRM, however, it does not trigger the Drive's extension workflow rule. I made sure to check the box

We make extensive use of notes in Zoho CRM, however, they seem to be set to single column width which makes absolutely no sense as the space down the right hand side of notes is not used for anything else. Is there a way to make notes run across the full double column length of the page? Thanks

Convert Lead to Applicant but not Customer
I'm trying to set up a Workflow Rule whereby a Deal becomes an Application. However, when I try to set up the rule, it insists the Deal become both an Application and a Customer. For our company, there is a very real distinction between Application and Customer, and we need them to be separate modules.
