Hello, I cant seem to see a box that i can tick in a contact who has requested no to receive mass emails ? Where is it. i just need to be able unsubscribe one person at a time as and when they ask me. Thanks

Mapping multiple "contact role" per contact
It seems I can only map single "contact role" per contact. If possible, I would like to map multiple "contact roles" per contact. For example, I would like to map "Mr. ABC" as "decision maker" and "Engineering Lead". Is there a way to do this or can you suggest a work around?

I have the API code needed but it keeps asking for the Instance URL even thou it clearly says "only if using Highrise". I have been looking for an instance URL in Hubspot but it seems it does not apply to this CRM. Zoho CRM integration with Zapier
Hello We have integrated Zoho CRM with Zapier but the leads are created with a single owner. We need the leads that come from Zapier to be automatically assigned to different owners. Zapier only allows you to assign a Zoho user, not all users. Example. The Lead enters Zoho and its owner is Ana. (Ana is the user who is connected to Zapier). Zoho SalesInbox CRM Email Sentiment
We have configured SalesInox for CRM. I read from the resources that there is email sentiment in SalesInbox. Does it get activated automatically? I do not see any email sentiment in our emails. We are still not using SalesInbox; we will use it on Monday when we deploy it for prod. Does it get activated when we start using SalesInox?

integrating ZOHO Docs with Zoho CRM
I would like to make zoho docs the primary location for images and files related to products, vendors and accounts in Zoho CRM. I have google drive set up in this way for Accounts and contacts but I would rather switch over to zoho docs for this and add the ability to have vendor and product related files also connect directly to their respective folders. Cloning Templates and changing the base module
When a template is created you have to assign a base module, unfortunately once you have a template how you like and say want to use in a different base module (ie accounts instead of contacts) you have to start from scratch as i cannot see how i can change the module from one to another after cloning the report

Multiple Product Options for a Deal
I have set up the Deals page but we have multiple Product Segments that can make up a deal - it can be one single Product Segment or up to 7 (all). Each Product Segment then has a value assigned to it which once added altogether creates the total deal amount. I have solved that part but I want to be able to pull a report and then chart on the portions of each product segment (eg. Segment 1 = 20% of deals)
Problems importing CCSV file containing swedish characters å, ä and ö
I´ve tried to use the ISO-8859-1 and the UTF-8 with zero success. Either the characters are changed to others or they are not imported at all. This has worked before and it really creates problems for us. Is there a problem in the databas or in the API? Zoho Sign Generate PDF and Attach to Deal
I am trying to find a way to automatically generate the Sales Order PDF and have it attach to our Deal as an attachment. I am not sure if this is possible with using deluge. Are current process is in the deal we have a button that creates the sales order (using deluge). then we download the sales order as a PDF then have to add it back to the deal as an attachment. Please comment below if you use Twilio with CRM, it would be much appreciated. We just started migrating over to Zoho, and often when calls come in, the call popup shows but there is no "Answer" button. Does anyone else experience this problem? Hi, I am using FreePBX which runs on the Asterisk platform, we have implemented the Zoho Phonebridge and everything works magically, the only problem is that FreePBX has many modules and they are regularly upgraded, it seems everything we upgrade the FreePBX which just a matter of pressing the Apply Config button the Zoho PhoneBridge stops working. Is there any way around this?

Can someone please differentiate between Territories and Territory Rules? It appears to me that they are interchangeable, meaning I can automatically assign territories by using one or the other. I don't see the need for both of these options, unless I'm missing something.

Hi, I have created a custom module that collects details about equipment that customers own. The module does exactly what I want it to, however when I display the module on the app, the list of records is shown is organised by the record ID.
