No view exists in the modules that can be created which joins the Activities (Calls) and Leads/Contacts modules so that we are able in only one single screen to see who needs to be called, what kind of call it is, and then actually call them. Reports has a view but you cannot click to call. LAME When you click to call a small window opens up in the bottom right of the browser. Hi.. I just recently found out that emails sent from the CRM to any outlook user can't be tracked until they click the download image option in the mail. Outlook shows a message that says - Click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy. Outlook prevented automatic download of some pics in the message. I did NOT add any images in my mail. I got to know that Tracking in zoho can only be done through a specific tracking element and this element is in the form a small pixel image. Hence

Feeds not loading
Hi, So when I click the feeds tab or try to tag someone in a note under a module it doesn't send a notification of any kind via email or in the notification feeds tab. When any user logs in and clicks the feeds tab it just sits there loading and never responds. Thank you for the help.

Deluge Setting wrong DataType for Arguments
This is driving me crazy. Every time I create a new function in Zoho and map a CRM Field to the argument (Contact_ID), it sets the argument type as a string, and then throws an error for the DataType being wrong because it requires an Int. StringgenerateBlockText(string Contract_ID).... That ID is mapped to CRM Module ID that is a bigint. Why is this not working?

Tooltip Alignment Issues
Anybody else still having issues with tooltip alignments? When a field label wraps the the next line or you have a multiline field the tooltip aligns vertically centered. A vertical top alignment would look much better. Some screenshots of my existing situation attached.
Data scraping/automatic data import from emails to reduce data entry
We are trying not to have to key in data that is in emails or maybe even on web pages. For instance, we get an email with a signature of their name, company, email, phone. When we used ACT, there is a company called egrabber that would pull that data from the email into ACT's appropriate fields, let you look at it for confirmation or correction , and then if OK, import into a new record. Copying a field content to another, for 3k leads
Hello, We need to update about 3k leads, as we used a custom text field when we started using Zoho. Now we need to copy the content of this custom field to a Zoho field. What is default system behavior for Sales Orders when re/assigning Territories? The help file only mentions Deals and Contacts are affected child records. Custom Function Almost 100%
I have a custom button associated to the products related list in the deals module. When products are added, I can check the boxes next to the products I want, a Create a Quote button appears at the top of the products list and when clicked the quote opens. I am looking to report on last activity time. I know that zoho has a field for this but this field updates the date and time every time i import data. Is it possible to get current type/action (create, delete, change) of a workflow inside a custom function? E.g.: If a record is created, worklow calls function a_func(). If a record is deleted, worklow calls function a_func(). Inside a_func(), I do something like: if(workflow.action=="delete") ... if(workflow.action=="create") ... Or do I have to set up two different fiunctions?
Zoho API V2 - Space in custom field won't update
Hi, I have some custom fields in my Products module. Some of those fields have spaces in it (Eg : My Custom Field). When i try to "UPSERT" products via an API CALL all the fields that have space in it won't update. I tried to to do a "GET" call to see what is the format of the field and i found that you are adding an underscore (_) to replace the space. I tried to the same thing when i do my "UPSERT" and it wont work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
