Select which Related Lists to display
I want to manually select Related Lists, depending upon the account. For example, in the John Doe account, I might want it to display a module that I do not need in most other accounts. Seems like this should be a much-needed / sought after feature.
How to make a function to delete record from custom module?
I would like to create a function to delete a record from a custom module. I will usre a workflow to trgger the function that if the record meets a certain criteria i.e. the checkbox for "machine sold" is ticket the record is deleted. I'm looking to go down this route as it doesn't' appear you can set a flag to use with the main delete record button on each record, so for now I have this ability turned off so they don't delete records without marking the machine has been sold. Can't find a "lookup relationship" needed to delete a module I want to change
I built a custom module called AIT Staff, and created a lookup field in the Accounts module that referred to a field in the custom created one. I decided to change the approach I was going to use and deleted the lookup field from the Accounts module, and tried to delete the custom module I had created, but can't because it says: 'AIT Staff' cannot be deleted as it is not an independent module. The following lookup relationship with 'AIT Staff' must first be deleted before deleting the module.
Skip Weekend - Define Business Days
Hi there, I see that this has been released on Zoho Projects (https://www.zoho.com/projects/help/company-profile.html#businesshours-settings) - "Once configured, the weekends will get skipped if the tasks falls on non-working days." What don't we have the same on CRM so that automated Tasks due on weekends are shifted to the Monday? What about giving user the ability to select 'Business Days' on top of 'Days', 'Hours' & 'Minutes' when triggering a Workflow Rule on a 'Date/DateTime'?
Activity log shows incorrect user nmae
We recently just start using Zoho CRM, All our users reports the issue that any activity log of each is shown as Rafal but it was not his action. Timeline does, however, show a correct user name. We can't see Opportunities from a certain user
We have a user who has created opportunities but the rest of us can't see them. The user has the same role as the rest of us but is a standard user. We checked our filters as well.

Filter with criteria from different modules

Adding multiple Redirect URIs as API Credentials
Hi, My name is Fran and I am trying to integrate Zoho with my App through Oauth. The point is that I need several entry points (redirect URIs) as callback, but when I add a URI, the UI doesn't let me add another one. I could add multiple URIs by adding several API clients but this will generate several tokens and I need just one, how could I add multiple URIs to just one API client? I tried to add them separated by commas, spaces... But this didn't work. Thank you
Basic PHP code example for adding new leads
I have looked in vain to find a simple php code example for adding leads while processing a form from our website's support/inquiry forms. Our form has multiple actions, including sending emails and logging certain data in our own database. How to validate 2 fields?
Hi There I am just about starting to use Zoho CRM. I have added 2 number fields where I have to let the user enter their percentages. How can I validate the fields such that the sum of both fields cannot exceed 100? I thought about using formula field to add these two fields before hand. HELP! We need "Locate Map" button for Product Tab!
I need the "Locate Map" button for the "Products Tab" I think the "Locate Map" feature is great for the Accounts and Contacts Tab...but we are in the real estate business and need that feature for the "Products" tab (which we use for properties). Hi just cannot get my head around this. We have a main email address mine infact and we would like all staff to access to it and be able to respond to customer on that address as well as there own. I have noticed that I am given updates on when my leads open an email, an email is delivered, etc... However, this does not always happen? Does anyone know why I am given updates only sometimes? Does it only give updates if I send the email directly through Zoho, or can it be integrated so if send directly through Outlook, I still get an update?
Synchronize Zoho Report with Zoho CRM - Real Time
Hi, I am working with Zoho Reports and the requirement that I have is that all data loaded in Zoho CRM (Campaign, Opportunity, Sales, Products) be synchronized directly to Zoho Reports without user intervention. That somehow be done in the background.
I understand that there is the option of manual synchronization and it is limited to 5 times per day, but that alternative does not meet the expectations of my client.

Auto Number not showing
I have added an Auto Generated Number field in the Deal layout. This is in a section which is displayed conditionally, only when the Stage is "Deal Won". Problem I am facing is that whenever I am creating a fresh deal or a new deal from Contacts, the order id is getting generated successfully, but whenever I am doing it on a deal already created, and trying to edit it and changing the stage and then saving order ID field is blank and shows n/a. Any idea why wouldn't it generate for existing deals?
Unable to Sync Contacts/Calender/Taks with outlook 365
Hi, I'm trying zoho CRM plug-in for Outlook 365 so that we can decide on the implementation soon. Unfortunately I'm unable to find a setting on how to Sync the contacts, tasks and calendar. Your online help topics are too old.... the current outlook 365 does not have options to sync in given path as zoho CRM> settings> setup> marketplace> microsoft> We are on Office 365 professional licence and Use Mac OS. The outlook plug in also does not show "conversations" email list as seen in other videos!.
Rotting Period with Stage change?
Hello folks, After using the CRM for a few months we have found alerts to be insufficient for complete pipeline management and thus have added a Deal stage called "Needs Attention" to surface rotting deals. However, I am not having much luck setting up a rotting period workflow where Deals that remain in a particular stage for more than 3 days are moved to the Needs Attention stage. Workflows & Lookup fields
Is it possible to have a workflow that changes a lookup field on an account form to assign the Contact just created/edited for an account that has the role of manager as the value for the lookup field rather than the user having to select a contact from the account record? Mind you I have just realised that wouldn't probably work as you might have multiple contacts created that had manager set as the role. Stumped now.
Account note report - duplicate data
We enter notes to the accounts and we prepared an automatic report that sends the notes that are entered today. But, some notes are listed 2-3-4 times duplicately. The query is very simple, we just take the notes and order by note creation time but in report the same note is shown several times like the screenshot below.

Python SDK: how to properly manage access token?

How to create a workflow to remind reps to check in X days after the last checkin?
How do I create a workflow that will trigger the creation of a task X number of days after the last check-in? What do I set for the task and what trigger do I use in the workflow? Checked in status = Not empty? with scheduled action for X days? But then I suppose the problem becomes if they do check-in at some point before the task is created there will still be tasks created to remind them from the first check-in! Any way around this?
Change Contacts Preview on Accounts page
Is it possible to alter the fields on the Contacts related preview on viewing an Account? It would be handy to have the Contacts role displayed there, so you can quickly click on the contact that is "Manager" for example etc... without having to scroll down the page to find which one that is. Auto-Fill fields from one module to another
I'd like to auto-populate a multi-select list field I call "Region" in my Deals as well as in my Contacts from the Account Name in those modules based on what's already in the Region field in the Accounts module. How do I do that? I'd like to do it for all existing records but also, if when a deal is created or contact is created. I'd also like to auto-fill my a picklist field I have in Contacts called "Contact Type" with what's in the "Account Type" field in Accounts.

Refresh Token Generation through AWS Lambda?
We have a client that uses Zoho for both CRM and Invoice. We are having issues generating a refresh token and haven't been able to find much help in documentation. The function to request the tokens are in a function in AWS Lambda which another developer created who somehow generated a refresh token and is being stored in environment variables. Custom Module Multiselect Dependency Field Require None
How do you get a child dependency field to have a -None- value? I have a couple of dependency fields on my custom module, however, when dependant options are set and the first dropdown changes, the first option of the dependant field becomes the first option in the list instead of -None-, meaning the user can just click save without being forced to choose an option.
