Web form to Leads - approval mode not working with API 2.0
New lead entries on our web form are entered in the CRM Leads module via WordPress plugins. With the prior API, there was an option to have leads held for approval. With the new API, this is no longer an option and entries go directly to the Leads module. This is a problem, as all entries need to be reviewed and approved. Help!

Hi there. Implementing OAuth2 and wonder why the afore mentioned endpoint does not exist. I already complained that this endpoint is poorly documented, maybe the reason is that it does not exist anymore. However, it is being invoked by the Java SDK. Is the Java SDK outdated too? Zoho CRM free account to Mailchimp
Good Evening, I am using for now the free edition of Zoho CRM. I would like to connect my leads with a specific Mailchimp list 'My Zoho Clients'. Using the Mailchimp extension from marketplace I saw that it creates a new list in Mailchimp 'Zoho CRMleads' and then it syncs the leads to this list. This is not exactly what I want. I think that this extension is not possible to send the leads from the Zoho CRM to a specific Mailchimp list. Do you know a free sync tool which can do the above?

We are trying to implement API v2 in our code, using this we are trying to update client's data.Here we are facing issue like in JSON Object i passes all the name of the Fields wrong then also it is displaying Successfully updated the records. The API should validate name of the fields of each module. There should be some way to identify that the field's name which we passed in JSON are not Correct. Please give your suggestion on this.

Mass Schedule Call
I'd like to create a call list for a user. Either by mass selecting the records or through a filtered search. Essentially I would like to be able to mass choose the contacts, schedule a call and assign those calls to a specific team member. Basically to run a phone bank. So once the user was done with the call for Contact A and entering the info, they would go back to the list and Contact A would be gone because the call is complete and they would move on to Contact B.

All, On a weekly base an email is sent to several employees in the company. This mail contains a report with valuable information regarding leads. When receiving the mail, the from mail address is systemgenerated@zoho.eu. Some of the employees do not recognize this mail address and delete the mail. Why are we being asked to migrate API's from 1.0 to 2.0
A client of mine received an email from Zoho them to migrate their API's from 1.0 to 2.0 for ZohoCRM. The thing is they do not have any custom API's. They do not integrate ZohoCRM with any other services or their website. They use ZohoCRM standalone. They never had to make any custom API's when they originally set it up. How to send an email to a 2nd email address associated with Lead or Account
Within CRM, I have a primary contact, or Lead. There is a second person closely related to the Lead that I'd like to send an email to, who has a different email address.. Is there a way to do this? Perhaps connecting the Lead module to another module? As it relates to the Lead, I'd like to set up a task, or automated task even, to send an email to this second person. Recurring emails actually, once per month. Perhaps this can be set up outside of CRM?

With the new UI rollout has anybody else noticed misaligned (custom) fields all over the place? I have issues in the following modules: - Quotes - Sales Orders - Accounts - Contacts - Leads - Tasks - Cases Screenshots attached. This was reported to Zoho at the beginning of the week but no resolution. Best Practices for Setting up Email Templates for many users?
My sales team wants to have a set of commonly used emails to be created as templates. How do I make this as easy as possible to use? We want each email to have the user's signature included in the message. Using templates, is there a way to automatically pull in the user's email signature? Otherwise, I can think of two options, neither seem like a good solution: 1. Create a template for each user, for each use case. EG -- if there are 4 sales people, there would be 4 versions of each template.
Organization Email Addresses Limit
Hi, I have been dealing with an issue as an agency that does marketing and sales for multiple businesses. Zoho has been great for us by using automation workflows to send out campaign emails. The problem is we have users that represent more than 10 seperate email addresses for those individual companies. Because of the organization email limit we are unable to add businesses to our workflow process unless we buy a license for each new email that we need emails sent from in those automatic workflows.
