Hi all, Our services has grown & now we need some kind of CRM in order to improve work efficient. The existent routine: visitor who is looking for buying essays online & navigated to our site, fill up the form & made an order. We would like the form is connected to CRM so we can communicate with a prospect & increase conversion. Also, we would like to use the CRM to build a kind of online support portal & internal knowledge base (if it's possible). We have an option to migrate the site to WordPress

Hi there. We're inserting some records in Zoho CRM using api v2 in C# SDK, but we're having issues with accents. We send text in UTF-8 encoding but it is stored wrong. For example, we're sending "Afganistán" but it appears like "Afganist?n". How can we specify the text encoding? Thanks.
Zoho CRM DKIM failures please amend to relaxed/relaxed
We have been testing mass emails from Zoho CRM. We have the DKIM key on our domain and Zoho has validated this. The issue is some systems fail the DKIM validation because you are setting the Canonicalization to simple/simple. My understanding is despite the name this is pretty strict in the implementation. It means any header modification or whitespace issues cause DKIM to fail. If you used relaxed/relaxed then the DKIM validation ignores issues with things like whitespace and prevents message forwarding

Structure: every Product has a brand, and every Brand has a Line. I need to dynamically change a Line lookup into the Product, based on previously selected Brand. Hi community! I have set up several email templates, actions, and work flows so that users are notified when changes are made to their Deals/Potentials. However, it would be nice if email notification contained a link to the specific Deal it is referring to. Does that make sense? Example: When a new Deal/Potential is created and assigned to a user, I have it set up so that they get an email notification. New UI: Problems creating a Quote, Sales Order or Invoice
When my users are creating quotes they are searching for items which are similar so they must scroll through the list which shows 6/7 items within the scroll window, scroll a large list quickly and you'd see 12+. However now with the new UI only 2 items show within the scroll window and if you scroll a large list only 3 items show. This makes it extremely difficult to use. Hey Folks, Have what I believe to be a simple problem but am having difficulty finding a robust solution. I already reached out to Zoho and they are looking into helping me solve this with a custom function but I wanted to open it up to the community for discussion and best practice guidance. IMAP Integration - Regular password change
Hi there, we currently have an Office 365 / IMAP Integration working very well on Zoho CRM. The problem is that, for security reasons, our IT requires the Office 365 password to change every 3 months which the user are required to do...unfortunately, as soon as they change the password on their machine the IMAP integration breaks as authentication is unsuccessful. Hi everyone, im a beginner on Zoho, I have already imported some prospects from an excel board with different categories like names, phone number, activities... But my problem is that when i want to filter my prospects, Zoho propose to filter with the title of the column "Activities" for exemple instead of the things bellow like "industry","Chemistry","Electronic". Hi, We're looking to implement a captcha code to our web to lead form however we are struggling to implement the captcha code correctly. On the face of it, the captcha is implemented, however when you type the code generated into the free form field, it tells me it is incorrect. Lead to Contact within an existing Account
Anyone know how to convert a Lead to a new contact within an existing Account when the account names are slightly different? We have a law office Account who's legal entity & account name in Zoho lists all the partners however firm is primarily known by the name of the main partner so we have multiple leads with that company name. How do I convert the leads without creating new accounts that I'll then have to merge?
