PHP cURL insertRecords example
After trying to insert a Lead using the API documentation example (and subsequently banging my head against the wall for some time), then searching in the forums for examples to no avail, I decided to learn cURL, which is far simpler than I assumed. Activating Workflows
I've created a number of workflow rules to send an email based on a custom field date. However, while the workflows are active, no emails are being sent. What am I doing wrong?

Lead v Deal
We want to add information about property owners – our leads. We also want to add information about their properties into the CRM. However, as far as we can tell, we can’t add detailed information about the properties without creating a “deal” to reflect the property information. The problem is, the property is not yet a deal opportunity because we haven’t engaged with the property owner. Does anyone have any ideas or tips? Let me know if you need further clarification. Zoho says active user is deactivated
One of our users can't log in to Zoho. It insists his account is deactivated. But when I look at the Users list, he's listed under Active users and the only option when clicking on him is to Deactivate him. I have tried deactivating and then reactivating, and he still gets the same error. I have triple-checked the email address. Does anyone know what might be the problem?
How can I print an acccount pofile with only the information I want on it
I want to create a printed view of account details. IE: Company name, address details, contact details associated with that company and some additonal custom fields I have added to the profile itself. How do I do this? I want to be able to click something to generate such a thing to print one by one as needed.

China staff having issues using Zoho
Hello, Staff in China cannot use Zoho CRM as of this weekend. Until then, it was working fine. 1. cannot send leads email 2. cannot receive emails within zoho 3. cannot create new leads The error message is "Unable to process your request" A representative in China Zoho has said there is no issues but we are still having issues so they are incorrect or are not aware of these issues in China yet. Can you please confirm this issue and what to do so staff can continue work. Thank you.
Lead owner changing on campaign member import
I have exported from my CRM a list of leads. I then imported it back in to add the members to a campaign. Lead Owner is a mapped field. Somehow still after import, the leads are all changed to me as owner. This is a problem. Appreciate any assistance. Karen

Time zone on mobile app is off
I scheduled a call for 4 pm on the web app, but it shows up as 11 pm on my mobile app. Both my web account and phone are set to the same time zone, so no idea why it shows the incorrect time for the call on the mobile. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello, I wanted to let you know that we utilize parentheses in all of our product names in Zoho CRM. Zoho Desk has recently removed support for parentheses as part of product names when a product is added via the API. I want to ensure that Zoho CRM does not have the same intention and plans to continue support for parentheses as part of Product Names. Phone Search returns no results?
Using the phone search method I'm seeing a problem when I try to find accounts... This is the method: {{api-domain}}/crm/v2/{{module-api-name}}/search?phone={{phone}} With the phone="5555555555" and the module-api-name="Contacts" the search returns a number of matching records for the Zoho Trial data. However, with the module-api-name="Accounts" the search returns a 204 No Content. If I search for "555-555-5555" it DOES find the matching accounts. Oddly searching Accounts with "555 555 5555" also

ZOHO CRM SOCIAL TAB NOTIFICATION
Dear All, We have ZOHO ONE enterprise edition, with SOCIAL TAB intergration , mostly from FACEBOOK. But we have 1 problem, there is no notification / feeds / sales signal in CRM for Social Tab. So when there is contact or message from customer in FACEBOOK , there is no way to notice that, unless we purposely open the Socail Tab in CRM , or open ZOHO CRM on desktop. It is inconvenients for Sales team , is there a way to show notification of Social Tab in CRM ?

Default Field Values
Hi! I'm trying to set up default field values, depending on the account a contact is associated with. If I Create a contact for example I want the address fields to populate with the related accounts address. The process would look like this 1. Create Contact 2. Select Account from lookup field 3. Automatically populate address field with the accounts address (without changing screens) 4. Enable edition of address fields (in case the contact has a custom address)
