How to track "Support services" (as a product)?
Hello Zohoers, I am seeking for some guidance in my situation. We are a software company and we charge additional cost for "Support Services" for our software product. My goal is to track status of "Support fee" that is paid annually. Our customers are in different fee cycles (based on when we signed the contract) and we need to automate the fee collection tracking. So for instance, a date of pre-paid "Support Service" is approaching the end and we wish to be notified by Zoho that we need to contact
Not able to migrate attachments
I am attempting to migrate attachments. I have imported an initial batch of test leads, which went fine. Then went to migrate the attachments for those leads. I am using the Lead ID from my export report as the Parent ID for my attachments... i.e. zcrm_2011028000000104001 I use this ID as the parent ID in the csv file, but I get this error message. "Could not find a matching parent record for this look up field - Parent ID" Please help.
Highrise to Zoho CRM migration data
I did the migration data from Highrise CRM to Zoho CRM just now and I notice that the notes are all created by me (that I am the user that made the migration), but this is not correct. There is a way to replace my user with the correct one? Duplicate Unique Field Check between Leads and Accounts Module
Hello, i have an issue with the Duplicate check with my leads (upon my uniqe field). i would like to not be allowed to add a new lead that exists in my accounts. the only solution that i found is for leads that have been converted, unfortunately i have a lot of accounts that were never leads in the crm therfore it does not reconize them. please help my with this issue ASAP. thank you, Neil
CRM: import specific contact fields from MS Outlook?
Is there a way to map the incoming fields from MS Outlook to Zoho CRM? I can't find a way to synch the "Suffix" field and it seems like such a basic need - to be able to choose what fields are imported and to where. Is this possible? If not - please add this as the integration seems a bit "light" without the abliy to include information like a cell phone number etc... Thanks, -Ben
Data import stuck at "Uploading Import file..."
I have uploaded one file this morning with no problem. However, now I am trying to upload a second set of leads. The file in Excel97, with only 1000 records. After browsing to find the target file, I click next. At this point, the process goes to "Uploading Import file..." with a progress bar that does not advance. I receive the same results in IE and Firefox. Although I am running the free edition, the notes say I am limited to 1500 records per batch. I assume a batch as being a single import,

Hi, is there a way to have a transaction with rollback/commit into a deluge script? I must make some changes in more than one module (more than one record in each module) and I'd like to group the instructions into a transaction so that if something goes wrong I can revert back to the original state (if everything is fine I can commit).
How to make a link to a zoho deal in a zoho template
I have created a template that sends an email to salesperson when a deal hits a certain stage. Here is what it looks like below, and the corresponding email the salesperson gets. However, instead of it having just the deal name, I would like the deal name to be an actual link to the deal itself, so all the salesperson has to do is click on the deal name and it will take them to the actual deal name. Currently they have to go deals and look up that deal. So ${Deals.Deal Name} is the link to the deal.

APIv2 and Events - it just doesn't work
I'm unable to work with Events using APIv2 (PHP). Mass emails going to junk folder but individual emails go to inbox?
I'm testing out Zoho and whenever i try and send a mass email the messages immediately go to the junk/spam folder and do not show that they are being sent from my outlook account. However, when i send an individual email it shows as sent in my outlook and is delivered to the inbox with no problem. Hi, I am trying to create a formula field for the following: I have a few Pick list fields and each of those fields will be either "Yes"or "No". Hi. We are a Real Estate company. We would like to alter the Probability field to use for a different purpose OR to create another field called "Commission %" for that purpose. The function of Probability does give you the calculation for an "Expected Revenue". How to remove duplicate accounts? Scenario - I am encountering problems with the accounts module. I have got the list of accounts lets to say 100 in accounts module I'm able to see the count as 100 but while creating the report it shows the count as 115. After extracting the report it shows 15 as duplicates. Can anybody help me out with removing these duplicates and why does this problem occur? Regards, Sajjad

Hi community. I've recently created a dashboard - aimed at senior leadership. As such, I made the visibility just to the leadership team, adding them individually, user by user (not by roles). I have then got complaints from the sales team - clearly, EVERYONE had visibility. After doing a spot-check, I found out that every credential had visibility to the limited visibility dashboard.
