Automatically resend email if not answered
Hi Is there a way in zoho to resend email to contacts that do not complete an action in the email. I am sending out email to contact with link for them to fill out a webform, many contact either forget to complete the form and never get around to doing it. I need the ability to create workflow or rule that would automatically resend them the email if they do not take take in the form. Is there a function whithin zoho for this? Thanks
Automated Follow up: No updates on Potential/Case/Activity
A big part of using Zoho CRM for our business is not letting customers fall through the cracks. How do I remind myself to follow up with a Potential/Case/Acitivity if there hasn't been activity after certain amount of time? For instance, let's say I have create an important Potential with one of my contacts. I have it automatically create a Task and have to remind me. I have never used a crm before. I can see the potential, but having a lot of trouble getting out of the starting blocks. I run a vintage show, with several events every year. Just a question.... when phone number are entered in to zoho crm it saves them as you put them in. With salesforce when you entered the number in as 1231231234 and tabbed to the next box it would auto change it to (123) 123-1234 Is there any way to make this happen in Zoho?

I really enjoyed a simple feature in another online CRM product which shall go nameless, though it rhymes with Sweatseat. Whenever I had to enter a phone number for a new contact, account, etc. the form automatically formatted the phone number in either a xxx-xxx-xxxx or (xxx) xxx-xxxx format. That kept my phone number entries looking consistent and saved effort on input. Hello! How can I fix format for phone number input in ZOHO CRM (I need 71234567890)? I integrated Asterisk in ZOHO CRM and when my manager is entering phone number in other format (for example 7-123-456-78-90) clients is not identify in ZOHO CRM. Contact Phone Format Broken in List View
If you explicitly set the phone format in contact to (123) 123-4567 it shows up in contact list AND details as (123) 123-4567. However, if you click the AJAX-handled "Edit" link next to phone field, it resets number to 1231234567. Upon save, phone number is displayed in contact as (123) 123-4567 but in list view as 1231234567 which is very hard to read when quickly looking for a phone number.

Extra fields added to deals not appearing
Hi there, I'm trying to add some source information for deals. The first attachment is a screenshot of a category of fields I have created for source information in the layouts and fields editor. The problem is, none of these fields actually appear in the deals tab. Instead, only the first, lead source, appears, and beside it is a lock icon. Task List in Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM and have a module called Deals. What I looking to do is create for each Deal within that module, a standard check list. Each time a new deal is created, a blank check list is created The check list will be a list of tasks which has to be performed and when each task is completed the person who completes that task can check a box or something similar which will then record who completed that task and when that task was completed. What is the easiest way of facilitating this? Thanks
Editing Activity Types
Is there a way to change an activity from task to a call? Or a call to an event? Or an Event to a task? We have transferred our information from a different CRM into Zoho and are trying to sort through the old data. I have tasks labeled as "Call Back" and would like to change it from a task to a call. Does Zoho support this basic functionality?
V2 accounts API not fetching all records
I'm fetching a list of our CRM accounts via the accounts api at https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/accounts We have 459 accounts in the system, but the API is only fetching 102 of them for some reason. Looking at the datastamps on my local database, I can see that the API fetched ALL data successfully on September 6th, but has since then been only doing this partial fetch each day. Has anything changed in the API?

Zoho CRM Backup Email Missing Links
Hi, I recently backed up everything on CRM (about 10gb) and received an email with two links to zip files: 1. Data 2. Attachments_001 In the past there used to be lots of Attachments_00x files, but now only one. The Data file downloaded fine, so did the Attachments file, but it was only a partial backup (1gb worth). I then discovered if I downloaded from the same URL, but changing the query string to say Attachments_002 instead of Attachments_001 this contained more data. I did the same with Attachments_003,

searchRecords with multiple criteria is returning the search made using
the last criteria only (API 2.0)
Doing resp = zoho.crm.searchRecords("Leads", "(Last_Name:equals:Hawkins) and (Last_Name:starts_with:Pat)"); returns records for the search using ONLY the last criteria as if doing: resp = zoho.crm.searchRecords("Leads", "(Last_Name:starts_with:Pat)"); testing with other modules (Accounts and Potentials) and multiple fields (string, checkbox, numbers, dropbox) with the same results. Hi We have Account Owners and Account Co-Owners (also same for Lead and Contacts) As a manager, I want to quickly look at a particular salepersons accounts that is a Owner OR Co-Owner It seems the filters in each of the modules is set to AND so when I select John Smith as Account Owner and John Smith as Account Co-Owner is returns no records even though he owns accounts and also Co-Owns some accounts. There is no way of getting past this is there. I think an option of And/Or should be available
