Mileage tracking
Tracking mileage for multiple reasons: Tax reporting Billing a customer Reimbursing a contractor for mileage In every example mileage * rate must have a paid-through account. Why is paid-through required as no money is moving through a bank account until payments are created / received. What am I missing here? Thanks
Making an expense billable to a customer
I can create expenses and have them billable to a customer in Zoho Books. But if the expense was incurred by an employee, and they are reimbursed through Zoho Expense & Zoho Books, the expense isn't editable in Zoho Books so I'm unable to attach it to a customer and make it billable. How do I do this, as employees work on client's business and our company needs them reimbursing, and we reimburse our employee?
Payment On Monthy Basis
Hi, We are a small SME and as of now only one person is travels 3-4 weeks, 4 times a year. I just wanted to be reassured on whether the account can be activated (paid monthly) just before traveling and the records will be synchronised and stored in Zoho Books. We used Zoho Books for all our invoicing and book keeping. BR - BM
