Inventory Adjustment Limits?
Are there limits on the number of inventory adjustments and/or lines in an inventory adjustment per day? The reason I ask is that we keep track of our manufacturing processes via a Zoho Creator app, and the plan is to once per day submit an inventory
Multi Warehouse permission
Dears, I have multiple warehouses and I need each user to have access to specific warehouse(s) which means he cannot see other warehouses stock and create sales orders on that warehouse only. In users and roles settings, it allows only permission on module level, how I can do the above?
Creating Invoice from sales order API
Hey there, I created a new sales order via API. Then, I created an invoice from that sales order (tried both ways, via api and manually). Once I did this the status is automatically "closed" instead of "confirmed". Now the crux : when I manually create a sales order and then create an invoice from that it works fine : status is "confirmed". How can I solve that? Is there even a way to change the status of Invoice, packaging and shipping via API in the sales order display? I also attached the response
Enter variable code that goes with each item sold
We have a variable code (for access to our online resources) that is assigned to each item when it is shipped. Is there a way to enter this code for the item upon shipping so that it is recorded in Zoho Inventory and possibly able to be pulled on a report

One thing I find slightly odd is that we cannot enter/scan serial numbers for a sales order until the Invoice stage. Function to change status of shipment after 3 days
Hello! I am trying to make a function that through a workflow, changes the status of the shipment to "delivered" after 3 days. The 3 days time is made with the workflow, but the update function is not working. Clone an Item WITHOUT positive stock
I have noticed, after making many a stock check, that when you CLONE an ITEM in Books or Inventory that has a stock quantity, The new ITEM has the SAME stock quantity!! Really can't fathom the logic. The 'donor' Item should have a default zero stock quantity. Anyone else seen this, or think that I have it wrong?
Recommended Reorder Point
Hey Team, Hoping you could someday implement a recommended reorder point based on our sales data. Since you have all our Sales Order data, it would be nice if the system can automate or recommend a reorder point for all our active items. It can be done via Reports. Just a thought but hope you think about it. Other inventory systems, like Inflow Inventory, has a report for their system's reorder points.

Shopify Order status "Paid" into zoho inventory sales
Hi Team, I have integration between shopify and zoho inventory and it is pulling shopify orders(paid & unpaid) as sales order into zoho inventory. I am then creating invoices using automation automaticly for the the sales order. While creating invoices using automation, I want to check if shopify order (salesorder in zoho) came as "paid" or not. If Paid then I will mark the invoice status as paid else will mark it invoice sent. But the problem is it is not clear as how to get the order status details.

Hi, I am looking at using Zoho Inventory with our WooCommerce stores. I was wondering if it has sales forecasting? I have signed up for a trail Zoho Inventory account, and can not find sales forecasting in admin panel. I saw it is part of Zoho CRM. I am also confused if I need Zoho CRM or Zoho inventory? I see the price for the "Zoho CRM Professional" is cheaper than "Zoho Inventory Standard"? And, Zoho CRM Professional apparently includes inventory? Does "Zoho Inventory" have more features?

MPN doesn't support characters?
We've been using Zoho Inventory to buy parts, track them, and then use them in projects. Unable to Import?
I'm very keen to start using Zoho Inventory (currently using just books and CRM under Zoho One subscription) but having a problem with importing. See attached image for screenshots of steps taken. I created a couple of new Item Groups with multiple variations and then I: 1. Exported these items to CSV fie: "exportfile.csv" (see attached file); 2. Began Importing "exportfile.csv" 3. Labeling items
Is there a way to print labels for items that are designated for a specific project. For instance i create a bill, and on the product line item i assign it to a client and project. Then i have this product on my shelf. I’d like to label it with something that states client name and project, and shows a reference Number so we can quickly find it when searching.
Line spacing on Invoices
There is a way where i could remove the line spacing on invoices? I need to fit the whole invoice in one page for printing and I can't, and there is a lot of space there. At least give the option to customize the spacing. Thanks

I need to be able to ascertain whether an invoice has actually been sent/emailed & update a custom status field, can you guys please tell me how to achieve this via automation or field updates? A much better system would be to have a status "Posted" which would change to "Sent" upon actually sending the invoice by email. Limited API functionality ... or limited documentation?
Hi there, I have succesfully got Oauth working and can connect to Zoho Inventory using the API. But now I am finding that the functionality is quite limited. For example, the pagination simply does not work (setting per_page has no effect) and there are is no search functionality documented. So, for example, if I want a count of our items, I have to page through all of our items and count them using code. This could easily over-run the max calls per minute limit if you have several thousand items.

Zoho Inventory/CRM integration issue
Hi, I've integrated Zoho Inventory and CRM, so when a user creates an item in either app it's created in both. So far, so good. Feature Request: Shopify App Locationd mapped to Warehouses
We use a third party fulfillment service along side our own products in Shopify.. Currently only standard Shopify locations are able to be mapped to warehouses in Inventory. Because of this limitation, we have had to disable inventory quantity update and warehouses in Inventory. When enabled, the sales orders associated with the app location will fail to sync.
Limited integrations, can i still use zoho
Right now we are using shopify to integrate with 10 different sales channels however shopify is limited on its software for inventory management. Can I use Zoho to only integrate with shopify which integrates with my other sales channels? sales channels like newegg, walmart, bonanza etc etc any suggestions?
Shipping Integration
What has the discussion been around the shipping module? My first shot at today was very dissappointing. For a high volume shipper, this is unusable. How about integrating Shipstation or another productive shipping App, because the number of steps to simply print a label in painstaking.
