Hello; I make integration with my shopify account, items and inventory are doing ok but sales order, im getting this errors: Error History for channel ERROR DETAILS 4491 - Please add Place of supply in contact. 4497 - Please add Place of supply in contact. 4501 - Please add Place of supply in contact. 4502 - Please add Place of supply in contact. 4509 - Please add Place of supply in contact. 4510 - Please add Place of supply in contact. 4511 - Please add Place of supply in contact.
Serial Number on Purchase Receive and not on bills
I think serial numbers should be added to the purchase receive page as well and become mandatory on that page and should be optional on bills. At the moment serial numbers are mandatory on the bills page. I think this is a mistake since most manufacturers will send a bill without any serial number and will either send the bill numbers later with the shipping documents or some do not even send the serial numbers by documents you will simply just "view" the serial numbers when you receive the items.
Line Item Statuses
Hi, We are looking to use zoho for our e-commerce solution, however I can only see two statuses for a sales order line item. 'Packed' and 'Invoiced'. If we with to have other statuses 'en route to country, 'ordered from supplier' etc etc - is there a way to do this ?
How would you manage forward contracts in Zoho Inventory?
Hi there, We are a distribution business, selling our products on the spot market as well as through forward contracts. A customer might want to sign a contract for 500kg at £11/kg over 12 months. How would you track this to stay organised and make sure you have enough inventory to honour the contracts? At the moment we have 2 warehouse in Zoho. Ideally I would have 1 warehouse for each contract, but the costs of adding more warehouses is too high.
Need to delete item from purchase order after received all items.
I created a purchase order with two entries for the same item, then clicked receive all items, before realizing I had a duplicate item. I am unable to delete the duplicate item after having recorded it as received. How do I correct this? Julia
Invetory value is visible even after hiding the purchase price to user
Hi, we hide the purchase price for sales staff and enables inventory reports for them since they need to check lot of reports , but when we enable the Inventory Reports, they can also see Inventory Valuation Summary, which is a BIG BIG bug in my opinion. With one function you want to hide the purchase price from them but it got of no use if they can access the inventory valuation summary. So i think, when we hide the purchase price from one user, inventory valuation summary should not be visible
Payment in Android app
Hello, After invoice is sent, we are not getting an option to record payment in Android app. we see payments tab but we do not have option to add payment there. let us know how can we do it in Android app

Zoho Inventory API - Error in getting Item picture
I need to display the item picture from Zoho inventory in my application. I use the following url to get item picture. https://inventory.zoho.com/api/v1/items/item_id/image_name?authtoken=authtoken&organization_id=orgid It is not returning the picture but shows the error. {"code":1000,"message":"Internal Error"} Let me know how to fix this.
Create Pricebook Through API
Hello guys. These days I am playing with pricebooks, I can list and delete but is getting hard to create it through the API. since I prepare my json to post to https://inventory.zoho.com/api/v1/pricebooks the result is { "code": -1, "message": "The file to be imported is blank." } since now I would to say we have no intention to download it as file. so it is possible to get away from this import file? Shopify Multiple Accounts
Does Zoho inventory still not allow a sync with multiple Shopify accounts? Low cost 3pl integration
Has anyone found a low cost way to integrate a 3pl with zoho? It seems all of the integration software has very high monthly fees. With only 20-30 wholesale transactions per month we cant afford high priced integration. Has anyone found a way to transmit/connect inventory and orders info at an acceptable cost for a very small startup business?
Buy different products to create 1 product
Hi, We've been using Zoho Inventory (free) for a while now to test few things out before we move to a paid subscription package, before we do that we still have 1 issue that we do not know how to go around to do it and I thought i'd ask here to see if anyone has any ideas on how to do it. Possibility to track serial numbers of items part of a composite item
Dear team, Would it be possible to consider enabling serial number tracking not only on composite items but also on items that are part of a composite item. We very often need to track serial numbers of components within a given composite item (e.g.: serial number of parts belonging to a given composite item shipped to a client). No currency conversion for Invoice

Group or Mass Mails for sales order in zoho inventory
In Zoho Inventory, when a new sales order is created, there is an option to send Mail to the customer regarding their sales order. Now, our Issue is, along with that customer the team who are creating sales order should also get a Mail Regarding the Sales Order. For Example, there are 5 persons who are maintaining zoho inventory sales orders. If Person1 created a sales order and sends mail to that customer. That same Mail must be sent to the 5 persons who are maintaining zoho inventory sales orders.
Android Inventory App
Hi, I know that a lot of people have asked about this in the past, but is there any progress on the Inventory app for Android? It's really frustrating not being able to be as responsive as I could be to new sales orders when they are placed because I have to find time to log onto my laptop to create packages etc to continue the process flow...! Amazon Sync'ing and Attributes
Hello, I'd like clarification on something with regard to the Amazon integration... Toward the top of the Amazon Integration page with the Setup button, it states that items are mapped to Amazon by SKU. At the bottom of the page, it states: "Items in Amazon that have more than three attributes will not be a part of a sync as Zoho Inventory supports only up to three attributes." I ask this question for this reason... Some of the products I sell have more than three attributes. My solution in Zoho
Green Coffee Warehouse + Roastery
Hello there, I have a problem with creating a product/ Item recipe. I run a coffee roastery and green beans warehouse. I need to create a roasted coffee product that uses the green beans and removes 20% of weight as final product. So if I roast 1 KG of Green beans I will get 0.8 KG or roasted beans. Custom Function delay on updating sales order
Hi all, I've written a Deluge script that updates the shipping charge depending on the sub total on a sales order. The script only works after repeated page refreshing (whether this to do with delays on the back end or something else i don't know) Ideally i would want the deluge script to happen in real time on the order. Is this possible as the current method is not really acceptable.

I would have expected this to be a simple task importing "Item Name" and "Sales Description" as the two fields by simply leaving "Sales Description" empty (with exception of the header). What is Shipment Order #?
Seems like shipping is overly complicated here. It's probably to accommodate situations different than ours, but here are a couple questions: 1) Can't the system default to Packing Slip #1 rather than me having to enter 1 for every single package we ship? 2) When I manually ship (all USPS is manual at the moment) what is Shipment Order # supposed to mean?
