I notice that it's not currently possible to change the list of "types of dependent" in the employee record. Since the list is rather short, and doesn't even include the ubiquitous "Partner" we would like to see this changed.

Role permissions - deleting records in forms
I have a role with deletion privileges on certain forms, yet I cannot delete massively ALL THE TIME. That is, sometimes I get the option, and sometimes I don't. At this very second, I can only delete one by one. And no, the site administrator hasn't been modifying my access privileges randomly, if that is a considered answer.

Add Job for different Owner than yourself
I am trying to enable users to create Jobs in the name of other users not just Asignees but actual Owners so that they will be able to change the status of the Job. Usually if a user is an Assignee for a Job he can not change the status of that Job unless he is the one creating it (the Owner too). Our manager has to add a lot of Jobs for employees and each of the employees must have the capability to change the status. Is there any way we can accomplish this? I'm trying to trigger a webhook for a check-in/check-out event so that POST data gets sent to another app whenever a user checks in or checks out. I have created the webhook based on the Attendance form. The url is: http://www.posttestserver.com?json=<JSON>&dir=zoho This server captures the content of all post data for testing. Nothing is captured. Also, the "Failed' and "Successful" list is empty. Any ideas?

I have created a custom function that is supposed to put the current date in a date type field in Zoho People, Jobs form. I have checked and the label names are correct. P_TimesheetJob for Jobs and Actual_End_Date for my newly created field within the Jobs Form. The data type for this newly created field is "date"! Designation for mulitple employees with the same title but different e-mails
In the Employee Tree you can see the name of the employee and the designation(title) under it. We would like to have all the employees name and designation viewable in the Employee tree. Problem for us is that multiple employees have the same title/designation but do not share the same e-mail and we do not use a collective/group e-mail. Hi, Zoho contacts do not get synced with our Google account and as a result we have to use either Zoho People app or go to its website to get contact details if needed. In my spare time at home I wrote this tiny google script which Sync’s your Zoho contacts (updated or added in last 24 hours) to your Google accounts. I think it might help others so sharing it. I would like to request a way to change the default value for a specific form or forms to be "all requests" rather than "all active employee requests". As of now, I have to go in and change it every time I look at a form for employees (since most are not active in the system). When will that functionality be available?
