Restoring access to Zoho People Organization after deleting an admin user
I deleted a Zoho user who was an admin and was an only user for Zoho People, Forms, and Recruit. Since deleting that user prevented other users from access the services--as other users were not added to those services--I had to submit requests to regain access. Sync Zoho People Data with Zoho Reports like Zoho CRM
I see that there is some Zoho Reports support within Zoho People with V3. However, we need to access and report on data across Zoho products. Is there a sync function for Zoho People like there is with Zoho CRM which would enable us to always have up to date Zoho People information in Zoho reports so that it can be reported on and related to other zoho data?
I feel I need to be a programmer to understand how to customize what I want in Zoho People.

How to correct "weekend" status on working days
Hi I am trying to run accurate reports on attendance and have run into an issue. For some reason, the working days I have defined are showing that the employee is on Weekend,Present M-F, and of course is adding it to TOIL. M-F should be workday, or weekday, present or absent NOT weekend. Where do I make the setting correction to update this. Thank You.

Hi! We have an existing Google Apps Account. Also I signed up for a Premium plan with Zoho People. What is the best way to get all existing users from GApps into ZP? I only found documentation online for the old version of Zoho People. Could someone point me in the right direction? Also a question: if I invite a user manually in ZP at his GApps address - will he be able to login with his GApps account? Or will this create a separate password/identify, were only the email address relates to GApps?

How to track time and leave for non-users?
Hi! I understand that certain roles can input information for non-users - "However, they will be listed across all forms and records so that HR Administrator can manage their information to process their salary, leave, attendance etc.," I'm currently evaluation Zoho People and like to get a feel how this works, I have the Admin role. Hi there, My company actually generate payslip outside Zoho People in pdf format. Each file has a name like "COMPANY-YEAR-MONTH-LASTNAME-FIRSTNAME.pdf". I'm trying to customize Zoho CRM to suite the needs of our students. It will work great to manage student data, but I'd like to do more. One idea is to track attendance for class. One thought is to use events but I can't figure out a way to view the data in a meaningful way. Basically, running a report to see what student attendance percentages were for the month based on student. Thoughts, ideas, suggestions?
Employee Shift Calendar with Breaks
I need to create a shift calendar with assigned breaks for my call center employees. My leadership team needs access to it as well to track who should be on phones, breaks, lunches. Ideally, it would have a reminder go off for break times. Lastly, I see where to set up a schedule but I run a call center and have some employees working 4 10's and others working 5 8's and then some part time team members. I need to be able to set up schedules by day of the week. Is all of this possible in Zoho People

Hello ZOHO, I would like to edit the number and type of forms that show up on all my employees profile......for instance if I do not want 'leave tracker' to show OR if I want a form I created to show. Please how do I go about it? I created a form for all employees, but if I open a user, I won't see the form on their page. I would have to go the forms option to see their data in the particular form. Please help
