ZOHO Office Integrator is embedded in our website using an iframe. When using Chrome's incognito mode (or Safari browser standard mode) we get next error after first attempt to edit the document: "5022 : Cookies are disable in your browser. Please enable cookies." Browser security settings are default: "Block third-party cookies in Incognito" So for now editor is not working in Safari and Chrome's incognito mode. Changes in URLs and parameters. If you make changes, at least version the API properly. It's still on /v1, but everything has changed lately.) I tried to use Zoho Office API on EU location. But any request fails with 400 error code I created the API key The url looks like. And it return 400 error . I am in the process of developing a web CRM application that will use the Zoho document viewer and editor to allow users to view or edit documents online. I have noticed that if they open a document, then close out and go back into that document within the next 2 minutes or less, that they will often get an error. If they wait for another minute and then try to get back into the same link, it works just fine. Any ideas?Zoho Writer does not sync unless other party types something.
Hi everyone, We are using the zoho writer/editor and powerpoint on our website for integrated use of Word/Excel/Powerpoint, We use the 'collabedit' mode so that two users can write on a word document together. But we ran into a problem where the syncing has stopped working, We haven't made any code changes recently to our implementation. But the word documents are not syncing anymore UNLESS the other party writes something. It goes like this: -Word document opened for both users. -User 1 write something.editing XLSX files - disappearing borders
A new problem has appeared - when editing a spreadsheet with borders, they suddenly disappear. Steps to reproduce: 1) upload/edit a blank XLSX file (https://sheet.zoho.eu/sheet/remotedoc.im, ['content' => curl_file_create($pathToFile)]) 2) add any borders anywhere in the spreadsheet, save it 3) upload/edit the same file again 4) do something with the contents, save it Resulting file sent to saveurl will now have no borders, both in desktop office applications and when opening again in Zoho Docs.Editing XLSX files - internal server error in API

Hello, since very recently we seem to have a problem with the Zoho servers (exportwriter.zohodocs.com/remotedoc.im). Documents that Zoho writes are coming back to our application corrupted, lacking several KB compared to the original. Docx gets completely corrupted (files cant be opened anymore) and doc can still be opened but the content is completely destroyed and filled with what seems to me is random code. I have contacted support of course but there isnt an answer yet. Maybe there's someoneI want to know if can I use only Zoho Writer to format a doc files

I have a workflow rule set to send an alert on creation of a new Lead record. I am calling the /Leads/insertRecords API with multiple leads (see my api call below) with the wfTrigger set to true. But lately we've received some reports from one of our customers were this (see attached image below) error message are being displayed. They're using Windows 7 with Internet explorer 11.
