As a candidate apply for a position its states applied on the job portal.  When we as a recruiter reject a candidate cant there be a way to indicate reject, submitted to client, etc on the position they applied for? 

This would stream line the process. 

And cant there be a notification for one to save after every edit or moving through the tabs. It seems like it does not autosave. This can become annoying and frustrating.
