Can't connect Instagram to Facebook to work in Zoho

I'm pulling my hair out here. I know this is not a problem with Zoho, really. But since Facebook provides absolutely NO support for their own products, I was hoping someone here can provide some insight or help.

I cannot for the life of me get my Instagram business page to connect to my Facebook page. I have authenticated fine, but after that, trying to connect the page to the Instagram profile never works.

I've spent hours upon hours researching and going through the steps over and over, but something is not working right.

1. My Instagram profile is a business profile.

2. My Facebook profile is an admin of the Facebook page

3. I have successfully linked my Facebook account to my Instagram account.

4. The Facebook page does appear in my Instagram account during the "connect to page" process, but the process cannot be completed. Basically the final button does not do anything.

5. I have been able to go the other direction and connect the Instagram profile to the Facebook page on Facebook, but the connection still needs to be "Confirmed" on Instagram, which fails. The "Confirm" button doesn't do anything (same as the other direction.)

6. I have converted back and forth between business and personal account many times.

I have signed up for another Facebook account, made it admin of Facebook page removed my old Facebook account from Instagram and authenticated with the new one. Stil the same problem.

Without connecting the page to Instagram successfully no tool (including Zoho) can post to Instagram for me.

Am I missing some step somewhere? I don't think so because I have reasearched and researched and nothing comes up that i've missed.
